The girl behind the counter would not let me use the bathroom and told me that the boss closes the bathroom because of homeless people making a mess. What kind of business does not let their paying customers use the bathroom. Very disappointed in this location. I’ve come here twice in the last 6 months both times they denied me access to the bathroom. HONESTLY I’M Disgusted! If you have dine in options, let paying guests use the bathroom!

The worst staff ever. Thw two women behind the counter are very rude. The girl was extremely rude and was rolling here eyes almost as If she was doing me a favour making the food that i was paying for. Absolute trash third times are always incorrect. They should change their closing. Time on the door. Also there in Claysville shut down early even though it says 9 o’clock online really and truly they close at 8:30. Don’t go here unless it’s early.
I tried to get dinner for myself and my kids from this store, only to find the entrance is not accessible and I could not get my stroller inside. Considering the time we live in where everything should be accessible to everyone I found this to be very disappointing. Zero stars before I even got into the store.

It really is hard to find good, competent workers… and apparently it still is for this subway. The two women behind the counter were rude, didn’t listen, scoffed when I asked to speak with the manager then proceeded to tell me that they won’t call the manager until I had to tell them that it wasn’t an option to not call them… my food was unfortunately made poorly as well. All in all, avoid this place like it was the origin of Covid. Go to Mr. Sub or at least find ANY other Subway. Even any other sandwich shop I’d recommend compared to this poor excuse of an establishment.
