They were out of bread?! So we didn't get to try the service or food really, they were out of bread by lunch time unfortunately

I think this subway needs to be closed for good as the lady I encounter at 10:50 pm , sunday morning is so damn rude. I had a worse experience this morning where associate threw the cheese upon asking changing the shredded to sliced one. She had no manners, very disrespectful. I don’t know why these people get hired in the first place. I asked her manager. She directed me to call the no. on the door. Manager does not have time to answer calls. Why they are allowed to have franchises…

I wish i could give 0 stars, its always the same problem, I respect and care for service and workers but this location has gone down hill so fast . Even though in the Hours of service they ultimately decide and close down options on their own terms. We as a customer Have to “beg” for more vegetables items or toppings … Everything is just thrown together as per “their” standards which is bottom of the barrel kinda service. Its sad to see a company as a whole get complaints but I’m over the woman worker wants to leave early.. which has happened to me multiple occasions.. it doesn’t mean they need to sacrifice customers and their orders for a worker who has their significant other waiting in a car in the parking lot telling them to hurry up…

they wouldn’t toast any sandwich well within the working hours of the store.. I will never recommend Subway or this location ever again. I live less than 5 minutes away and would rather drive across town to actually get good safe temperature food and customer service and care that one should receive when being polite and respectful ordering. Let alone upholding a company policy as a wy.. Unfortunately This location deserves very low reviews..

EDIT- I legit threw out my 15-20$ sub tonight. It was disgusting and not even Edible in my
Opinion. I went and picked up McDonalds for
Me and the kids.. if you can believe it lol,, never get subway. Save your money and energy. Just pick and enjoy something else..

This place is completely out of compliance with health regulations. The woman in charge of preparing the sandwiches was sick, coughing and sneezing all over the ingredients. She wasn't even covering her mouth to avoid spitting everything out. She was also taking out the trash and putting it in the bin, and then she went back to preparing food without even washing her hands. I wouldn't give this place zero stars if I could. I only recommend it if you want to get a stomach bug

I wanted to try out Subway again because I hadn't been for a few years. The bread was stale, the cookies were alright, however the service was good. Subway definitely used to be better & fresher a few years ago but has since went downhill.

Every time I visit, the staff are welcoming, polite, and quick to prepare my order just the way I like it. The store is always clean and well-stocked with fresh ingredients. I really appreciate how they take the time to listen to your preferences and never rush you, even during busy hours. It's clear they care about customer satisfaction. This location has become my go-to spot for a quick, fresh, and tasty meal. Keep up the great work!

Food Only 2 Starts cause they don't put enough ingredients in Salad or Sub which is the main part of food. Everytime i have to say to put more even though I ordered online and had EXTRA written on it. Food Not Worth paying for. Not coming Back... SORRY

Been to this subway many times and always have the same problem with the same worker, I asked for my bacon to please be crispy and she proceeded to make it the same as always (usually they will throw the bacon into the microwave before putting it on the sub) when she took it out of the oven I noticed it still looked raw and asked if it could please be crispier, she then told me she would do it after and put on all the condiments, THEN threw it into the microwave with all the veggies and such. I don’t usually say anything but obviously the bacon was still not cooked so I let her know and she told me she would make extra bacon and put it in a bag. By the time I got home the complete sandwhich was just soggy and all the cheese was pulled off once I tried replacing the raw bacon with the crispy. Honestly this isn’t the first time it happened and I’m just extremely disappointed with how she went about the whole situation. Will not be coming back and bring my business elsewhere.

I ordered 4 subs via Skip the Dishes at 7:23pm

When the order was delivered there was a hand written note saying “we are so sorry Melisa! We were too busy and we don’t have all white breads right now sorry again”

One sandwich was on white, two were on whole grain and one on Italian Herb and Cheese.

At 7:52pm I called the restaurant and asked why I wasn’t informed of the lack of bread so I could make the decision of new bread or a new restaurant rather than continuing the order.

The worker I spoke to apologized and said “I did you a favour and I kept one white breads in the back”

I asked if it was possible to get a refund or new sandwiches provided as I have family in the house that will not eat what was provided and she said “actually I cannot do that, it won’t happen again”. I tried to explain that the sandwiches won’t be eaten, and that is $60 wasted.

When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was none available.

Unable to get a satisfactory response - or anything other than “it won’t happen again” I demanded to be contacted by the manager or owner.

At 7:58pm I received a phone call from the Subway restaurant. It was the same worker and all she said was “it won’t happen again” when I asked why I wasn’t contacted by the owner or manager she said she spoke to him.

When I asked what they planned to do to correct this, I was advised to contact Skip. I refused as Skip was not the one who made the error. Once again I demanded that the owner or manager contact me and hung up the phone.

At this point, I have not received any response. The workers took it upon themselves to pick the bread without knowing or caring if there was allergies or sensitivities in the house.

This is not okay.
