I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The potatoes were so hard that they actually ripped the inside of my mouth, leaving me bleeding. When we told the manager, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He asked if we wanted more potatoes, and when we explained that I couldn't eat any more due to the bleeding, he responded with, “What do you want then?” in the most disrespectful tone. There was no apology, no empathy—just a dismissive attitude. He even claimed that "everyone else is eating them, so they're fine." This lack of care and respect was completely unacceptable. I will never be returning.
On the positive side, the waitress (Kendra ) was friendly and kind, greeting us warmly and even apologizing for the issue, which was appreciated she saw the blood it was too much for a patato to rip my skin . However, the manager, Dhruiml (I believe his name was), treated us terribly and made no effort to resolve the problem. We ended up paying for a meal we couldn't even finish. This is not how a manager should handle customer complaints, and it left a very bad impression. I won’t be returning.

I ordered steak and eggs, but the steak was extremely dry, as if it had been freezer-burned. The waitress brought me burnt rye seemingly hoping I wouldn't notice. The replacement toast she then brought was soggy and wet on the bottom, leading me to suspect the kitchen intentionally tampered with it in response to my complaint. My family and I will not be returning to this restaurant and would strongly advise others to consider dining elsewhere.

This place is good. Food was awesome. We went almost during closing time. Still we had an excellent experience thanks to our server! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. She made sure we always had the coffee in our cup. If you feel hungry , I recommend going to this place.

Wee had our breakfast on weekend. Their food was great and portion size was big too .Our breakfast was served by Brook,she was amazing. Her cheerful smiles made our morning and overall experience great .
