We were SO pleased and impressed by our servers. Gabby and Jennie went above and beyond to keep our three kids happy, even bringing the baby some crackers and a little scoop of ice cream. They were kind, quick, anticipated our needs, and we're so grateful for a happy experience!

Megan was an excellent server and our meal was delicious. Used a great meal deal coupon from their app. Highly recommend the chicken poutine with brown gravy. Our quarter chicken dinners with side salads were great, as was our shared dessert. The new honey garlic glaze was a perfect substitute for their famous Chalet sauce. The mini donuts are so good - we requested a caramel AND a chocolate sauce - yum. Great value and Scene points to boot. Will be returning to this location again.

It’s pretty good and consistent no complaints though I’ve found a few times they don’t give you the cut of chicken you ordered but do match the quantity which is fine for me

Last night I had the worse experience in this place. My wife wanted to celebrate my birthday there. The service was slow, they said 35 guests just walked in 2 minutes before us and they are so busy, we said ok we can wait 10 minutes. We waited 20 minutes to have the soup served, I asked them to bring the garlic loaf with the soup but they didn’t, after 20 minutes they said there is a 10 minutes delay, we said ok but please no more than this because we were starving and already started the appetizers. The ten minutes wait is over, a new server came to our table saying we need to wait 30 minutes to have dinner, at that moment I realized the game they were playing for more than 40 minutes. We asked them to bring sever to bring the bill, our first server yelled from the kitchen no the food is ready, and this is what really made me so angry and I told my wife let’s get out. They blamed the chef for the whole thing, I forgot to ask them: you have 35 guests they must had a reservation so your chef should be ready and have enough stock!!!
