I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The staff were not polite and didn’t know how to properly talk to customers. My order was delayed for a long time, and when I finally received it, the food quality was poor and not fresh. Customer service and food standards really need improvement.

Ordered the cheesy melt steak burrito it's not worth $2 almost nothing in the flour tortilla at all. Cost over $5 won't get that again it's small and near nothing in it. And their app is messed up too and you don't get what it says what you get in the so called cheesy melt steak burrito.

Terrible service lousy food. I have been to other malls out of town and faster service as soon as order I only wait 5 minutes. Cambridge Center KFC yesterday I had to wait 15 minutes or konger for my food . The mall closed at 6 on a Saturday and my husband was late getting out of the mall because of their stupid service. Avoid this place eat at one of the other food areas. Much faster. Even when they are not busy still very slow.

Absolutely disgusting place. Workers weren’t even wearing hair nets on their beards (men) and the women didn’t have there ponytails and buns in a hair nets either. They never fail to mess up my order even when I make an effort to be as specific as I can and even clarify with them they understand what I’m asking. Even when I came back for them to fix my order, they and my food worse than the first time and even gave me attitude telling me that I was the one who ordered wrong. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Didn’t even get a chance to place my order because nobody came to the register. Visited here last night and waited in line for 5 minutes before giving up and going somewhere else. They had three people in the back area making food!

Best Taco Bell if you’re hungry 45-50 minutes from now and hate yourself.

Want to order at the counter? No problem. Just line up for 5-10 minutes per person to order, then wait 20 minutes for your food. Highly recommend if you like hanging out in the food court with other angry customers, being soothed by sweet sounds of screeching go-carts tires.

Want to skip the line and order for pickup? No problem! Order online and show up at the specified pickup time (about 20 minutes after you order). Once you arrive, be sure to wait the 5-10 minutes per person in line to let them know you’re there for a mobile order. Then they’ll simply check the mobile order system, realize they have one, double check who you are, and get started on the food (don’t forget to wait 10-15 minutes). You might even get everything you ordered!

It’s already Taco Bell… there’s no need for the further indignity of everyone in a mall food court seeing you impatiently wait through 2 sitcom episodes worth of time spent scowling. And on top of it all, there is the even deeper shame of leaving this review complaining about it on the internet.
