I'm not going to talk about the food. It's fast food and Taco Bell. What I will share is that every time I order delivery we're missing numerous items. This isn't a one off...it's 6 of the last 6 times to the point of saying in the comment section of the order...Please double check. If my children didn't crave it as a treat, I wouldn't support this place.

poor service, drinks were warm, there was no ice, was not notified about no ice before purchasing the drink and then when i asked for a bottled drink rather than fountain after realizing there was no ice they said no… need to do better. they should have tried to resolve a problem on their end somehow nothing was done.

Not sure why they are always so slow. Ordered the doritos taco combo and chili cheese burritos. Waited 5 min to order while I was ignored and 15 min for the food. Asked for dine in (also I could see my order on the screen, it said Dine In) but got a takeout bag instead. Slowest fast food ever. Every other place in this mall is faster than that, even when they have to make the food from scratch!

Usually mostly ok, but turned and walked away today. Watched your cashier take an order, then walk back and handle food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. No thank you. Will be driving 30 mins out of town to Guelph from this point forward for my Taco Bell.
This place is great. My favourite tacos. The staff is really good. Specially the guys wearing turbans. They are very friendly and always have smiling face.

I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The staff were not polite and didn’t know how to properly talk to customers. My order was delayed for a long time, and when I finally received it, the food quality was poor and not fresh. Customer service and food standards really need improvement.

Ordered the cheesy melt steak burrito it's not worth $2 almost nothing in the flour tortilla at all. Cost over $5 won't get that again it's small and near nothing in it. And their app is messed up too and you don't get what it says what you get in the so called cheesy melt steak burrito.
