Absolutely disgusting place. Workers weren’t even wearing hair nets on their beards (men) and the women didn’t have there ponytails and buns in a hair nets either. They never fail to mess up my order even when I make an effort to be as specific as I can and even clarify with them they understand what I’m asking. Even when I came back for them to fix my order, they and my food worse than the first time and even gave me attitude telling me that I was the one who ordered wrong. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Best Taco Bell if you’re hungry 45-50 minutes from now and hate yourself.
Want to order at the counter? No problem. Just line up for 5-10 minutes per person to order, then wait 20 minutes for your food. Highly recommend if you like hanging out in the food court with other angry customers, being soothed by sweet sounds of screeching go-carts tires.
Want to skip the line and order for pickup? No problem! Order online and show up at the specified pickup time (about 20 minutes after you order). Once you arrive, be sure to wait the 5-10 minutes per person in line to let them know you’re there for a mobile order. Then they’ll simply check the mobile order system, realize they have one, double check who you are, and get started on the food (don’t forget to wait 10-15 minutes). You might even get everything you ordered!
It’s already Taco Bell… there’s no need for the further indignity of everyone in a mall food court seeing you impatiently wait through 2 sitcom episodes worth of time spent scowling. And on top of it all, there is the even deeper shame of leaving this review complaining about it on the internet.

It brings me immense amount of trauma being a vegetarian and they mixed my order and made it as a beef , and the girl at the counter blamed it as mistake of their machine !
I have never touched meat in my life and it is the highest level of carelessness while handling my food ! I don’t even know if there are any rules or regulations to oppose it!
This just traumatized me and I am never ordering a Taco Bell ever again :(

Ordered 2 value boxes online, I got there 20 minutes later and my food only started to get made once I arrived and asked about my order. Waited another 20 minutes for food that was barely edible and made my stomach sick. Do not go to this location.

Don’t order online from this location. They don’t start making the food until you get there so you’ll be waiting a very long time for it to get made.
I waited in line for 15 minutes (there was 4 people ahead of me) fine not a big deal. I placed my order at 6:53 2 soft tacos 2 hard. 20 MINUTES LATER everyone behind me is gone and I’m still waiting. I figured they forgot so I asked. She said she doesn’t remember that order.. so she goes and looks at the receipt again.. finally 25 minutes later I’m out of there. Meanwhile the guy in the back is coming out giving his buddy free drinks and food. UNBELIEVABLE

Last 3 times I ordered a *veggie* box , it came with meat instead. Daughter who’s vegetarian cried due to the annoyance of them always getting her order wrong and having bitten into meat.
They are always short staff and cannot deal with the long lines.

Very slow service. Was told it would be 10-15 minutes for 3 meals which is reasonable. It took 25 minutes, we also didn’t get our cups until the food came out because everyone was gathered in the back. The food was good.
