I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and it is the best pad Thai I’ve had in a long time . Ive been bored of the same old restaurants I’ve been going to so I’m so glad I finally found something new and worth my money . Prices are very reasonable .. cheaper than I expected actually . Portions are great . Quality is 10/10. I just found my new favourite thai restaurant ?

Me and the crew from Toyota ordered from here for the first time. Soooo good. Best Thai I have ever had from this area. We like so much,doing it again next Friday. Highly recommend. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Put in an order online. Resturant was supposed to be open and we got a text saying our food will be ready soon. Arrived at the restaurant to find out it was closed!!?? This is unacceptable!! They just took our money.Ended up calling the restaurant the next day. Employee refused to let us speak to the manager because they were too busy. Apparently they closed without notice because they weren't busy. They never once apologized or tried to rectify the situation. I will never give this place another dime. Stay away at all costs.

Thai Coconut Island restaurant offers a delightful theme inside, creating a pleasant ambiance. The customer service is notably friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. I must highlight the super mango sticky rice; it's the best I've tasted in Kitchener, a true standout. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the disappointing presentation of the food, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.Parking: Plenty!

5 of us all found our main dish was extremely SALTY. I sent back one dish and the replacement was just as salty. No excuse for this after complaining about the salt content. Spring rolls and mango salad were excellent. I've been here ten times over ten years and never had this problem, must be a new chef who loves salt.My wife's Pad Thai was swimming in sweet sauce, unlike any Pad Thai we've had in Canada, USA or Thailand.There was no apology or offer to discount the food we didn't eat.This USED TO BE a great place. Pity. Michael J.

Had Pad See Ew and it was terrrible. A pile of big soggy noodles and some tasteless veg. The odd broccoli was the best. There was no one else here on a Sat at 7pm but my spouse and I. His was plain and just ok. We will not be back.
