My husband and I ordered a cake and cupcakes from the Bake Shop on Main for our wedding this past June. It was such an awesome experience and we highly recommend!!! We worked with Klara and she was so kind and friendly.
We had a tasting where we got to select from a list of flavours for icing and cake and they were all incredible - we ended up ordering all 3 flavours for icing and cake that we tried at the tasting for an assortment of cupcakes. We ordered a small cake as well for my husband and I, and it was amazing! We went with red velvet with cream cheese icing for the cake, and 3 flavours for the cupcakes - hazelnut icing with vanilla sponge, raspberry icing with lemon sponge, and cream cheese icing with red velvet sponge. Our guests absolutely loved the desserts! Everything was absolutely delicious and so beautifully decorated!! Thank you Klara!!😊

They did an amazing job on our wedding cake! Very helpful, informative, and easy to book with. I changed my mind with a previous cake vendor, so I was last minute trying to find another and frantic. They were so helpful and helped me select the perfect cake. I wanted to have the flowers the same as my decore, so they decorated the cake on site because I wasn't able to drop the flowers of ahead of time. Also the cake tasted as amazing as it looked!! I would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this bakery! They matched the cake design we wanted to the T and it was the best cake we ever tasted. The fondant wasn’t too sweet or hard! It was perfect and the price was reasonable. We are so grateful and happy that we had this bakery create our gender reveal cake! Everyone at the party kept asking where we got the cake from because not only was it beautiful but it tasted amazing!

The Bake Shop On Main is consistently the best bakery in Cambridge. This weekend we ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day which were delicious. I also ordered a custom cake for my Mom's 70th birthday, it was incredible. Thank you!

Great bakery but literally never open. Just call before you waste time and gas going.

Wedding cake was delicious! Perfect fresh and not overly sweet, and the monogram cookies were perfect!

Our daughter is getting married in Cambridge in Aug-2024, & thank goodness this bakery came highly recommended. We went for our tasting of four flavours- Coconut with cream cheese icing, Red Velvet (made with beets), Chocolate / Vanilla, with raspberry filling, and a Hazelnut mocha - WOW-WOW -WOW- Five Stars all around!!! (Not to mention the groom doesn’t normally eat cake- but willingly ate all four sample's! And some!!)
The samples were so light & fluffy, and FULL of flavour.
Klara is extremely talented… we can’t wait for the final product.

Bought raisin and pecan bourbon tarts here in Barrie during butter tart festival. Their price was cheaper than many other booths but was thoroughly delicious. Good
fill to crust ratio, not too sweet, not runny, and didn't chinz on raisins. Hope they return next year.
