The Big Slice Pizza & Chicken

My experience wasn’t great. The pizza had chicken, but very little, nowhere near what I expected. The taste also wasn’t good — the flavours didn’t blend well and the overall quality felt off. On top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes or more for my order. Really expected better service and better toppings for the price.

I drove 1520 minutes to get the pizza slice when I got here. She said oh sorry we don’t have a pizza slice anymore like it happened almost couple of time , even though I called them before I came here.

We usually order pizza from this place and they are really good however today I ordered zinger burger through uber. My burger smelled really bad. Chicken inside was rotten and smelled disgusting. Unfortunately I had couple of bites and then I realised. I reported that on Uber and called the store too.

This is very good pizza and the service was great. I would recommend this spot. I had a veggie pizza and it hit the spot.

I went to big slice to get a snack and when I enter the smell is like old oil and it’s humid and dirty in the store. As I was ordering the man at the register started to take my order and got a mobile order halfway through and completely ignored me and walked away with a phone to his ear. He then came back and took the rest of my order after 5 minutes. He then prepared the mobile order before mine and made me wait 25 minutes for a sandwich. While I was standing there I saw him while assembling my sandwich go to grab the ringing phone with his gloves on. He dropped the phone on the floor. Picked it up put it to his ear and then put it right next to my sandwich. When I called him out telling him that’s gross he started yelling at me at how I was rushing him and wasn’t being patient. After all that I sat down to eat the burger and the patty is undercooked and soggy although it came out the fryer right before. DONT GO TO THIS STORE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY GO TO CHICKEN KITCHEN INSTEAD

Not much atmosphere its a fast food place few chairs dine in option. I have been to big slice few years now i feel the quality and quantity of their food have dropped still mid and affordable.

I tried my pizza in canada but the pizza from Big slice is beyond words.Its so good.Guys please try its tandoori paneer pizza which is a gr8 option for veggie lover.

The ciabatta bun used for my chicken sandwich was extremely stale to the point it cracked and crumbled as I ate it. Apparently being too cheap for fresh bread is worth a 1 star review. Not a good long term business practice..

20 min preparation time for 2 chicken sandwiches. Not enough chicken. Feeling of eating crust only. Wrapper was used. It had sticky rice on it

Went to their DoorDash page and they were asking $21 for a chicken burger. $10 for a mini. No thanks.

Please update your pricing here and on instagram. When I placed an order, the girl didn’t tell me the total on call and in-store she was arguing that it’s not their mistake, maybe social media manager and we don’t have control over it. Even she wasn’t able to show me the new prices online after trying for several minutes. She told me “you should have to understand that this is old price”, like how do I know it’s old prices without knowing the new prices?
Your staff is having hard time because you haven’t updated new prices.

Best Pizza in Cambridge. I have tried their Gourmia versions, also tried custom toppings. Overall a clean place with good occasional deals when advertised.
