The food was very disappointing. The “poutine” was soggy and flavourless and inedible. The tacos were ok made a bit overcooked.

Staff says they open at 11:30, 11:40 staff are still wandering around and the doors are still closed off.

After waiting 20 minutes for them to open, we decided to go somewhere else.

Such a lovely Mother's Day brunch, food is very good, great selection, and taste. Our server though was lost, didn't have a clue what she was doing, watched her gabbing with her friends, while you waited for any drinks or any request really. It's too bad, as it's the only bad thing about this otherwise special brunch experience Would still recommend this to give the mom in your life a special dining experience, hopefully with a different server.

Outstanding! Hostess greeted us by name multiple times throughout the meal. Food was excellent! Nice set up touches. Special gift for mothers, live music and Photo Booth😊

Food was excellent-had pizza and smash burgers. Server was good just not great at describing the food, making recommendations, stating most popular dishes. Maybe she was fairly new?

Good food, reasonable prices for a hotel, decent service. Close to the 401hwy.

We went for the annual ayce fish and chips. The first round of fish wasn't cooked the best (greasy and soggy) but the next rounds were. The fries were delicious. Overall, it was a nice night out. Unfortunately, the restaurant is noisy from the acoustics there, I don't think there's anything anyone can do to fix that.

Went for the All-you-can-eat Good Friday Fish & Chips. It was worth it, plus they make their own tarter sauce, which I'm usually not a fan of, but this one I used to dip every thing in.

Bruce, do you think it’s acceptable or appropriate to have your servers communicate - with absolute certainty - that a dish is vegan, when it is in fact full of dairy products? Do you think that dishonesty has no consequences when it’s based on ideology and not an allergy? As a family who has celiac, I can assure you that if this approach was taken for items that are labelled as gluten free, there would be someone having to visit the hospital due to your staff’s negligence. These practices are not acceptable and will be shared throughout the tight-nit communities that I surround myself and my family with.

This decision - to lie to patrons - by management, the kitchen and serving staff, has made me re-consider ever dining at your establishment, and to warn people in the vegan community of your false claims. The effort made in order to keep a customer in their seat, I can assure you, will lose you more than one customer. These shady practices will have more repercussions than if you had led with honesty rather than greed. Please discuss best-practices with your staff and make an effort to do better. You have lost one loyal customer but I fear you’ll lose many more if you maintain these practices.

The venue is a quiet space inside a conference centre - on a rainy Saturday it was perfect for lunch with friends. We could chat without shouting - increasingly a rarity. Food was quick, filling and excellent. The quality was great - we enjoyed burgers, fries, salads and beef sandwich. Braid beer selection and some nice non-alcoholic options. All in all, a win! We will be back.

I really enjoyed my meal and experiences here, as a guest of the hotel attached to the restaurant.

I had the birria tacos. They were delicious. I would definitely visit the restaurant if I was in the area again.

The service was great and offered us a really nice light beer, we loved it! The sandwich was amazing but our fries were cold and old, we expected fresher during check-in when customers are coming through quickly. Plus, it was a little on the pricey site for a simple lunch.

Unexpected level of quality with the fold for a place within a hotel, highly recommend the Jay-talian Smash Burger
