We brought my mom here for her birthday celebration, And what a great choice! The service from Krista was excellent -we were a fairly large group and she remembered every single person’s name. The bartender made beautiful, cocktails, and the music by Juney made the atmosphere even more beautiful. Food was absolutely fantastic, Everything was fresh and made in house. What a gem!! Will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this restaurant. !! Thank you for making Our mom’s birthday celebration perfect!

This was the worst meal I have ever had. I sent a complaint and no-one responded. I had the scallops. There were 4 of them and they tasted like pesticides. Inedible. It came with half a corn on the cob that had written kernels in it and no seasoning. The other thing on the plate was a very small amount of mixed greens...with no dressing. That was $37. The wine was good but it was $16 for 6oz and they were out of my first 2 choices. Ill never return and never recommend. Its a shame because the location is so beautiful. P.S. I'm a professional in food services with 20 years experience. So Im qualified. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do Better Folks.

The food is fantastic! They make drinks the way drinks should be made, not watered down versions you get everywhere else!
Food was good, but I did find it quite pricey.

Hidden gem this one. Beer selection would make a craft enthusiast weep with joy.
Cabbage rolls and sausage sounded dire but turned out splendid. Even the Haloumi salad won me over, which is saying something as I typically regard Haloumi with the same enthusiasm as dental work.
Only downside: the acoustics. One woman at a nearby table apparently auditioning for town crier.
Worth a visit. Bring earplugs.
Great spot! Very beautiful. Flavorful dishes and good wine selection. We will be back!
Arrived 550 for 6 pm reservation. Place was not very busy and now I see why . Ordered appetizers beat salad and the mussels . We also prefer our entrees at the same time . Appetizers came out within 10 -15 min totally fine . Waited 45 after the apps to get our entrees. As the waitress walked by I asked when would our entree be ready as the party of 3 that was beside us and came 20 min after us recieved there food and the gentleman ordered the short rib as well . Short rib was mostly fat and the mashed potatoes and the carrots and the asparagus were cold . The short rib came out super hot . I m betting it was microwaved to reheat . The waiter asked how everything was and I said that it was all cold and he was nice and apologetic about the time and it being cold and that it took so long . ( owner please don’t say you make everything from scratch like you said in a response to another review posted earlier ) the gentleman beside me he had four ribs sitting on the plate after he was done mine came with none bones c . Tasted very plain . Waiter came with the bill and on the receipt is said “customer complaint” ( very classy ) bill came to $168.00 for the 2 of us the waiter said he spoke to the owner and he took $8.00 of our bill . He said he wished it was more ,
Stay away not worth the over priced not very tasty food . Maybe instead of taking $8.00 off maybe the owner who was there should have came over and spoke with us .
Been there 3 years ago and it was pretty good . This time not so much . Will not be returning wish we went anywhere else instead . After reading the other reviews the owner seems very defensive and always has a reason for the crappy service and food and wait times . This place is a total joke and can’t believe they are still in business PLEASE don’t waste you time and money . Read all the other reviews can’t be a coincidence. .
Let’s hear your excuses now owner .
Should have walked out like other people in other reviews said . So disappointing again stay away !!!!!!

Had a suprise bday party here, owner very accommodating and made the atmosphere perfect . Perfect for intimate gatherings and the food was amazing! Located in Blair, right in the middle of Kitchener and Cambridge. Keep up the good work.
