The shop opened on time, but the cooks were not prepared for orders, the stove wasn't hot the coffee wasn't ready. We waited a long time before we could place our order. Then one of our orders came out and was left on our table and we didn't hear which order it was. As they were cooking the other order the fire alarm went off. We both ordered a bagel with slight differences and 2 coffees. The total order cost 43.00. I would not recommend this place to eat at.

Both times I've visited, Ruby went above and beyond to accommodate for our order. The first time they ran around the corner to pick up a fresh carton of almond milk for our cappuccino. The second time, I caught her about to close up shop on a slow day, but she turned the lights back on and made me a tea and a sandwich. The food's great, and Ruby's a joy. Stop by for a great breakfast or lunch.

The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh and flavorful presented. The attention to detail and customer care really stood out.
