I have removed my review for the Oven which was active under Figaro. I had been to the Oven many times and had given it a 5 star review.
Edit- December 2025- The Oven no longer exists. Now it is Figaro. They are using the same phone number and did not tell me when i first called that they were a different pizza place. Different menu, prices, and quality.
Have deleted my photos and review that were for the Oven. Google should really remove anything related to the Oven, i have reported it closed twice with no action. The name changed around Sept 2025. Any reviews before that time should be disregarded.
Tried Figaro once when they first opened and really didn’t like the pizza (advertised as the same pizza i used to get at the Oven which was delicious).
Decided to try it again for the nachos as they were really good when they were the Oven. Horrible idea - stale chips, smallest amount of cheese, was told it came with sour cream but instead had some imposter white sauce swirled on (it is illegal in canada to sell items as sour cream when they are not real sour cream), and was told they serve marinara sauce with their nachos not salsa. They do not have salsa. What? So i ate stale nachos dipped in spaghetti sauce. Ugh.

NOT THE OVEN PIZZA! they are simply using the ovens reputation after buying them out, worst pizza I’ve ever had, bad wings, nothing like the actual oven. “Figaros” pizza is a cheap imitation and should change to there actual business so nobody else has to get duped like I did.

Very disappointing. First time trying this place. Ordered a large pizza and 16 wings. They said they only had non-breaded wings because the breaded wings are still frozen… they had walk in specials related to what I ordered and they didn’t mention it. When I walked in to pickup, they said they only had 14 wings left… the door handle had cob webs on it. The pizza sucked and the wings literally smelt like crap. Repulsive. Had to toss a bunch of the food in the trash. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Tried this spot on our way home needing a quick and easy meal. We were very impressed with the quality and flavour of our custom pizza. We will definitely be returning, maybe even make this our standard pizza stop - worth the extra drive!
Updating my original review after receiving some pretty terrible pizza, tonight. Ordered the BOGO Shawarma pizza off Uber Eats for $59. We’ve had their Shawarma pizza, at least, 5 times now and it’s always been quite tasty, until tonight. Don’t know what happened but tonight’s pizza sauce tasted like raw tomato and had a reddish colour when it’s been a white, tasty sauce every other time. *Update #3 - after eating some olives off the pizza on their own, we now know the olives are bad…stale/expired, probably. Even if this was a one-off, we’re now completely turned off of their shawarma pizza and will never order it again.

It’s a tradition to always order some walk in 4 topping pizzas when I visit my friend in Preston. Always thin sesame crust, well done.. with all the seasonings. Have yet to have a bad one! This place is dependable.
