I always love coming to the Local 13 but can't say I'd recommend coming on a Monday or ordering the classic burger. The atmosphere is definitely better with more people but if you're looking for a great quiet spot for lunch surrounded by beautiful decore, this is the spot.
The burger was mostly tasteless though and seemed store bought. The patty is really thick which was great but not if it's only real flavor is overpowering nothingness. Only occasional burnt meat taste from the grill, which is great if you have flavor but sickening on it's own. Even the garlic mayo was too weak to taste. I'm actually very disappointed as many other foods do have lots of flavor and seasoning.

Strawberry daiquiri was some kind of salt-rimmed margarita instead of an actual slush daiquiri. Tasted more like watermelon than strawberry too. Look up what a strawberry daiquiri is on Google, I'd be surprised if you find one that looks like this. Didn't help that it was $11.
Food was decent, but portions were small enough for me to finish my entire plate and still feel snacky a couple hours later which is rare for me. It was also served cold? I eat fast, but within maybe 2 minutes of being set on the table, all of the heat had been sapped from it and I was left with cold spaghetti and meatballs. My wife's mac and cheese was admittedly pretty awesome though, nice crunch and tasty buttery flavour, even when it was also inevitably cold.
Waitress seemed pretty miffed about our general presence there four hours before closing, so it felt unwise to bring up these concerns and have them alleviated.

Was here a few days ago for a work lunch. Food was amazing and our server ashley was fantastic and very attentive. She had recommended the fish tacos and they were phenomenal, will be back for sure!

Ducked in here on a Tuesday night to find shelter from the rain. Our server was so kind to us, even though we were a group of four broke university students sharing one plate of nachos. She even figured out how to give us a student discount. I promise I'll come back here once I have real money!

Orders were clearly labelled, which made handing things out easy. Everyone found something they loved – whether it was a burger, bowl, or salad. Great portions, fair prices, and super smooth pickup.
