Honestly my coffee never disappoints, and that is why I come back here consistently everyday to get my coffee because it's perfect every time. 😌✨🫶🏻 Also, the staff is super friendly, and extremely on point everyday.

I LOVE this Tim Hortons location! I stop everyday on my way to work for an iced capp and Patty and her weekday crew are the absolute BEST! Always make me smile and almost all the employees know exactly what I'm coming in for! :)

I am writing to bring to your attention to a disappointing experience I had in this establishment today.
I placed an order for two servings of egg bites (four pieces total). When the order was ready, only one serving was placed on the takeout counter. When I asked the staff member (unfortunately, I didn't get her name) if they were the egg white bites and mentioned that I had ordered two, she responded in an unprofessional and dismissive tone. She says, ya. She made no effort to assist me or correct the order.
I placed a second order and waited again. When she finally brought the second serving, her attitude remained rude. She says, there ya go! Due to this poor level of service, I will not return.

I left today feeling honestly really sad and uncomfortable. I asked for a small cup of ice and was charged $1, which was fine, but when she handed it to me there were only two ice cubes in the cup. When I tried to politely say something about it, she completely ignored me and gave me a side eye like I was bothering her. There was a long line behind me, so I didn’t want to hold anyone up or cause a scene, so I just walked away. I really hope no one else has to feel that kind of unnecessary rudeness.

Every time I go the staff would be so friendly. Service was always pretty fast, and (having gotten used to GTA Tim’s coffee) I pleasantly found out the coffee is not watery at this location!!

Absolutely lovely store, wonderful manager staff are lovely. I have been too many Tim Hortons in the last several years and I’ve been very disappointed with the cleanliness of the stores. This store is super clean super friendly staff……..kudos to the store manager Patty!!

Worst service ever, they were all working like a trainee, not a single one knew what are they doing. Kept messing orders over and over..

Don’t get me started on there attitude, whatever they think they are don’t even know how to make a good coffee!

I come here often. The manager is awesome. The women working day shift are really good at their jobs and set a great example to the rest of the staff. They get busy sometimes and handle it well. Good job, thanks everyone
