I come here often. The manager is awesome. The women working day shift are really good at their jobs and set a great example to the rest of the staff. They get busy sometimes and handle it well. Good job, thanks everyone

I will never be coming back here again. The service was far from welcoming especially from Patty. I felt like an inconvenience to even be ordering based off the attitude she gave me. I would suggest choosing a different location as will I.

Patty’s behavior toward both customers and coworkers is completely unacceptable. Her attitude is consistently rude and unprofessional, and it creates a very unpleasant environment. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted.

My mornings are so much better lately. The morning staff are so friendly cheerful and just enjoy serving you. There is a new cute smiling happy small girl who you cant see until you get to the front of the line who is doing great as a new employee. Patti and Tammy and also fantastic employees who make your visit just a little better as well. Keep doing great things at this location

I always go here, never had an issue at all. Food when I order is always correct and Coffee/Tea's are always stirred. Now they have a smiley cashier(days) that always greets you with bubbly and fantastic attitude. Keep up the great work here folks!

First off bathroom not very clean. Staff training, but not very well. Rude and don't listen when asking questions. Had to repeat myself several times. Ended up leaving after a different staff member decided to jump in and also not listen, talked over what I asked accused me of something I didn't do after repeating myself over and over again. Then got a manager who just accused me again with out even listening. I wasn't rude but started to get upset by the way I was treated. It was only young people working but not children but that was how they acted.

Had to run into the washroom before a long drive. While I was in the washroom, a worker came knocking and yelling at me while I was in the washroom telling me it was closed although there was no sign or anything telling me it was closed. They were very rude and should think about putting a sign up before telling people it’s closed when it’s clearly not.

This timmies is one of the cleanest and friendliest locations I have been to in a long while . I just moved from Streetsville and I stopped going to the queen st center plaza location because it was so filthy (they are a disgrace to TH brand image).
I am so glad Cedar location is welcoming and clean. It is a pleasure to sit here and enjoy my coffee and donut. Thank you to all the staff.
