I did a mobile order breakfast sandwich with 2 eggs. I didn’t check and left as I was getting late for work and found out they only had one egg in my sandwich no big deal we all forget. I returned few days later for sandwich (again mobile order) but this time I ordered with one egg as I thought they will be kind enough to put my missing egg from last time if I showed them my receipt on my Tim’s app but oh boy oh boy manager Julie or Juliet in morning shift she told me I have to fill out a form than later she told me she would need to get my information with name number and she will call me to tell me if they find me in system for that missing egg. I showed her my Tim’s app where my recent orders were and explained her this should be enough for her to replace. But I guess not she made such a bad face and even hold my recent order until she got all the info. I told her almost 10 times I am getting late for work but she told me she can’t help if she doesn’t have this info. I am not sure if the Tim’s app is 3rd party and they don’t trust the app or was it me she didn’t trust ? Anyway I did give her my name but I refused to give my personal cellphone number. I told her I will return next day or after to see if they figured out my missing egg. It wasn’t a big deal until she made it. This is my Tim’s when I am in Cambridge area pretty regular. I hope someone from upper management can speak to her and get this resolve. Looking forward to hear back from store manager or owner.

Just an FYI this is not the first time they missed my egg but I let go but this time I confronted as I pay 2$ each extra egg. Other Tim’s if you tell they will replace after verification from your Tim’s app but this location has its own set of rules so people check your food before you decide to trust them and walk away!

One of the managers there i think her name started with and s she has blonde hair and white . I come in almost everyday and she always has been rude she never smiles and very immature. I suggest u get a better manager she has messed up my order as well and said it was my fault and never changed it she is down right rude . Please get her help.

One of the worst locations for coffee I’ve been to. Bought 3 different coffees and some snacks. All the coffees tasted terrible, completely undrinkable. Ended up throwing them in the garbage. I even took the time to write an email to Tim Hortons head office, but no reply from them either. Definitely not going back to this location again.

Hardeep took our order and told us they don’t carry vanilla ice cap, while we could see it on the screen. She rolled her eyes while placing the order, threw the straws on the table intead of giving it to us. Never had such service at Tim Hortons before, she was absolutely rude to us while another customer walks in and she is laughs and talks to that person.

I have always had great friendly service when I come to this location and this morning was no exception!

I came in to buy a muffin and encountered a large spider on the floor between me and the cash. I am terrified of spiders! The man working, Alex, was fantastic! He came around the counter and took care of the spider for me.

This is the best Tim's in Cambridge. A breath of fresh air if you know what I mean (unless I just luck out when I visit). Staff are friendly, my orders are always correct, and I can understand the staff both in the drive-thru and at the window.🙌🏼
