One of the worst locations for coffee I’ve been to. Bought 3 different coffees and some snacks. All the coffees tasted terrible, completely undrinkable. Ended up throwing them in the garbage. I even took the time to write an email to Tim Hortons head office, but no reply from them either. Definitely not going back to this location again.

Hardeep took our order and told us they don’t carry vanilla ice cap, while we could see it on the screen. She rolled her eyes while placing the order, threw the straws on the table intead of giving it to us. Never had such service at Tim Hortons before, she was absolutely rude to us while another customer walks in and she is laughs and talks to that person.

I have always had great friendly service when I come to this location and this morning was no exception!
I came in to buy a muffin and encountered a large spider on the floor between me and the cash. I am terrified of spiders! The man working, Alex, was fantastic! He came around the counter and took care of the spider for me.

This is the best Tim's in Cambridge. A breath of fresh air if you know what I mean (unless I just luck out when I visit). Staff are friendly, my orders are always correct, and I can understand the staff both in the drive-thru and at the window.🙌🏼

This Tim's location is located on a commuter route, close by parks and walking trails, yet they are consistently super efficient whether in store or at the drive-thru. More importantly, the interior, exterior, and drive- thru areas are spotless! The coffee is freshly brewed. I ordered a classic old-fashioned donut for the first time in years and was astonished at the freshness, the flavour, and the value. This Tim's is open 24 hours! That is wonderful for our emergency service personnel and shift-workers!! The staff members are upbeat and reflect the quality of service one would expect from this great Canadian company 🍁

Whoever does the ordering needs to get with the program. You cannot offer all day breakfast if you are out of eggs on a weekly basis before 11am. This location has gone downhill rapidly in the last 2 years or so.

Staff is nice but on the weekend the food is never cooked right i got 2 bagels barely toasted with half a pound of damn butter. And my wife got a bagel with no butter and hers was covered I. It to I asked for a double double got a French vanilla also by 9 clock they are already out of things oh week days this Tim’s is my favourite on weekend it’s awful I try to give it a chance but everytime I’m disappoint
