My husband and I were there last Friday neraround 3pm service was very slow we ordered 2 coffees one with double milk the other with cream and sweetner plus a blueberry fritter.When I opened the bag eith my donut it was a Dutchie took it back to the server and he told me sorry but we don't have any blueberry fritters left so I gave uou a dutchie instead I said without asking me ,I have a allergy to raisins, we did exchange it for a apple fritter, then when I went to drink my coffee it had cream in it instead of the double milk I had ordered.Unfortunately I will not be back at thislocation which is my go to location.There has been alot of mistakes lately.

This Tim Hortons has great staff and they always bring their A game enjoy going there fast friendly service. I've never had any issues with the food or coffee.Parking: There is an abundance of parking at this Tim Hortons

I was there just before noon on Saturday Oct 14 and there was one server working the counter and six taking care of the drive thru. The line up was long and slow. The lunch ordered was ready before my lemonade was. Only issue I had was with the chili, it was really thin and runny. Flavour and temperature was good though. The server at the counter was really good too. It was not her fault the line was long.

So, with Tim Hortons or any food locations whenever we order they are first suppose to check if they have the food which we ordered and what they are doing is they are taking orders and when you are at the window they are asking you to pay and after paying they are like sorry we don’t have it and this is 2 second time they have done that. Nd at this point we are not at the point of asking for refund of few dollars but that few dollars matters to leave it hanging. Why are not they checking there food availability while taking orders?
