I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue with the quality of coffee this location in Cambridge. Over the past three months, I’ve consistently noticed that the coffee has become extremely bitter and unpleasant, making it difficult to enjoy.
This is particularly disappointing, as I used to visit this location regularly. Unfortunately, I’ve now had to travel to other Tim Hortons locations to get a coffee I can actually drink.

This is honestly the best Tim Horton’s location I’ve ever been to. The service is very fast and the food is good, unlike other locations I’ve been to. If there’s a long line for the drive thru, everyone is gone in 5 minutes or less. Highly recommend

Very poor customer service. They don’t even look at the mobile order, every time i place an order on mobile pickup, i have to wait as they don’t know that they have a mobile order.

I’ve lived up the road for 7 years and go to Tims almost daily. This location was the best of the best for about 6 of those years. The last year it’s gone downhill. There used to be a woman who worked the window with short red hair, she was an absolute angel. She knew our order before we ordered. Now when we go to order an americano, depending who is working the machine is always broken. We also get toasted plain bagels almost every morning and they are no longer fresh. My kids can barely chew them and they only butter one side and close the bagel. It’s so disappointing because we can walk here but now we drive to the other end of Saginaw and visit the one by the 401. Do better! You’re in a family neighbourhood and have a ton of regulars.
