More often than not, the scanner in the drive-thru is broken. This means you can't redeem points, use 'offers' in the app, or earn points.Sure, I could park and go in, but that isn't convenient when you have a baby in the car. Also, the times I have gone in, the front counter is rarely staffed as the drive-thru is clearly prioritized over walk-in customers.This issue has happened so frequently that I no longer attend this location unless I intend on going inside the restaurant. The ownership of this restaurant clearly does not put much effort into ensuring a good customer experience.

I love ordering dark roast coffee, however, lately when I've been ordering my coffee from here, my DR tastes like milky water. I've given up going there for my coffee because of how inconsistent they are with the quality.

Service is usually slow. 8 people working behind the counter yet I can stand there a few minutes before being served. Too expensive. Crazy prices for the new bowls.

Unfortunately the frozen drink machine at this location has been broken for two months. I feel so bad for the workers there that have to constantly tell people they cannot have that drink. Hopefully the owner steps up and fixes it soon. I’ve been told they have zero intentions of fixing the machine which is really bad service and reflects poorly on the Tim Hortons franchise.

Ordered a honey smoked bagel belt with a croissant. Got the croissamt, waited 5 minutes to realize that the bag on the counter was the rest of my food(they did not notify me). It was the sandwich I asked for. After "fixing" it, they still left out the "honey" element. Get your act together.

In a world of unfriendly untidy and unresponsive Tim Hortons, I have found a wonderful gem.The dining room is clean and inviting and the staff is friendly. The staff member was very busy, but in control with food and drinks coming out quickly even while seemingly training a new staff member.Great job!

Don’t normally review a Tims but this team really hit a home run today. Used the app to send in a big order and it was ready on time, accurate, and hot. Staff was also happy. Thanks! You really helped contribute to a positive start to our day.
A good Timmy's location. Workers are kind, coffee is hot (or cold), donuts are tasty, floors and tables were clean and service was prompt.I think I'll come back tomorrow and maybe the day after that. The parking here is also easy and the drive through didn't look too crammed.
