Today 11:45am ordered 3 cravables and 3 drinks . Asked specifically for extra cane syrup in the iced coffee. But got opposite of what I wanted, NO syrup! Drove again asked them to add syrup and was told that they can give me syrup on side but can't mix it for me due to their policy. ARE YOU SERIOUS! SHOULD I DRIVE OR MIX SYRUP BY STOPPING ON SHOULDER? I said it's inconvenient and told them to make me a new one . She then made me a new one and taking back the old one. I asked for a receipt and they took years to reprint my receipt. I left without a receipt becoz didn't wanted to hold back the lane.
Pls train ur employees . I wish I had an receipt for online complaint.

Best staff and service at this location! Always quick service regardless of how bad the line looks. Jeanette, Connie and Alyson are amazing employees. They get to know their regulars and are always friendly and welcoming with everyone. I try to always get one of them because my coffee is always best when they take care of me!

We come everyday before opening to get our coffee. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Jeanette is absolutely amazing and very personable. She cares about the people she sees and makes an effort to engage. It makes my mornings nicer to see her. Connie is also wonderful and both know my order as soon as they see me. The food and coffee are always great.

Whenever I see Jeanette in the drive thru window I already know my food is going to come out AMAZING!!! I tend to stay away from Tim's in general because it is always hit or miss, I don't live in the area I only work here so I only come to this location if I need to grab a quick lunch! I love this location because Jeanette just makes the experience much more pleasant (and I find the food is MUCH better when she is working - not sure how that is possible but it’s 100% true) She is so so kind and you can just tell she is an amazing human! I gave her 3 gift cards in the drive thru (I know) and without even asking she told me the totals of all 3 and even wrote them down for me. Now that's going above and beyond!!! She deserves all the recognition :)
