This is one of the nicer Tim Hortons to visit. Nice seating arrangement, with fireplace. Staff polite Fruit explosion muffin definitely my favorite. Raisin Bran is also good. The muffins are the right size, not being too huge. Dark roast coffee is quite good.

My daily walk by Tim’s is always like this!The city needs to do something with the traffic over following on the to street because of people being to lazy to go inside!Tim’s needs to be held accountable as well for this headache everyday.Either serve the drive thru way faster or take it away. There shouldn’t be a line of people on the road where people need to drive. The fact the line sometimes starts on the other side of the road is beyond me.There’s so much parking too ? between Tim’s and customers, this is beyond the worst tim hortonsFood & service is trash, I had to stop going to this shop ages ago. Rather make my stuff at home and not wait 30 minutes.It’s great to see this place hasn’t changed and it’s just run by a bunch of 12 year olds& they buy google reviews, just look at the random 5 stars that have no comments?

I am completely disgusted with your employee preparing food this morning ..date is Feb. 24th 2024 , at 7:35 am..i was waiting for 15mins for a farmers wrap. I noticed the woman clearing all the orders and was still waiting in my wrap. So as shewasjust standing there doing absolutely nothing, I spoke up. All i said I'm still waiting on a farmer's wrap . She was extremely rude ,and ignorant . Tried telling me I didn't order one.... i said that' was because she cleared all the orders..called me ignorant and rude just for stating I'waiting on a wrap. I sorry but I did not get rude until she decided to insult me . Definitely NOT a person that should be in customer service ..there will define complaint made to corporate . What horribe encounter . I was so disgusted I just walked out without the rest of my combo. She should be more proffessionals in front of other people. ?????

Updating my review from 5 stars to 1.Asked for an iced drink when I got to window she handed me a warm drink, I had said oh I wanted it iced. She than huffed & said u didn’t say that. And got mad at me. Super awkward, bad service.

1st time in since renovations.fireplace lounge area looks inviting for another time.staff are friendly and efficient.place is clean.i thought raspberry filled not as fresh as it could be..i was in about 11pm.parking lot commotion was handled really well by staff.D.

Won't be going on the weekends as my coffee is burnt. During the week after 4pm after work I have no issues my coffee is really good and the order is not messed up.

I've always found the service here to be pretty standard for Tim Hortons. It does get busy often, especially the drive-thru, which lines up out onto King Street.
I ordered twice already for dark roast coffee it's taste and smell like a cockroach unlike before was very good..
