I went through the drive thru this morning after placing an online order. I thought “why not get my morning tea on the way to work!”, So, after grabbing my order from the wonderful lady at the window and arriving to work. I then went to take a sip of my tea and turns out it’s actually just water, mostly cream, and next to no sugar. As well as it was cold!? I’m not even kidding! It was not warm, i could not taste the tea what so ever, it tasted like tap water.

Whoever was on sandwhich making duty at 10:00am today August 12th, continuously adjusted her uniform and pulled up her pants and even touched her face while wearing her gloves and then proceeded to make my breakfast sandwich without changing them. I didn’t even wanna say anything because at this point I expect nothing less from these workers. Last time I go to this location that is absolutely dirty and unsanitary.

I had a disappointing experience this morning around 7:10 AM with old black lady. She appeared unhappy, was rude, and showed little attentiveness to customers—not just to me, but to others as well. Her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. Because of this, I’m not inclined to return or recommend this establishment to others, including my vlog audience. I hope management addresses this, as customer service plays a big role in people’s choices.

The cashier black lady todays on duty has an attitude 08-05-2025 while serving me as a costumer not so nice she doesn't know how to treat good the costumer and she doesn't speak clearly and nicely....

We ordered the seasonal chicken bowls online for pickup. It took a while for them to prepare, but the food was delicious. I would recommend these bowls!

I normally come here almost everyday. I always had a nice experience here but today when I came drive through and ordered large iced coffee with less ice. But they gave me one with extra ice. I didn’t realize that it wasn’t less ice and when I noticed that it’s not the one that I ordered. I went there again to just ask them. But instead of accepting there mistake, the guy on the window started making excuses that he didn’t make it. So I asked him to call the person who made it. Only thing that I wanted was an apology but that guy ( maybe his name was Sakash) said you drank it and coming after drinking it. So I just reminded him that I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFILL OR ANY EXCHANGES. Then some another guy came in frame asked what coffee it was so I said same thing again that I don’t want another coffee, I only wanted them to accept that they don’t listen to what somebody is ordering. I myself used to work at Wendy’s a long time ago, I understand when it’s busy that mistakes happen. But one should be responsible enough to accept them. We all are adults and should know apologize when we are wrong and people like this guy are really letting the community down.

This Tim Hortons location is quite pleasant. It has a cozy little corner with a small fireplace that makes it feel warm and inviting. Was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier. A little more of that classic Canadian kindness would go a long way!

I can always count on something being wrong. Coffee or food. 3rd turkey bacon club this wk with no cheeses on it. I can barley understand to workers. This store has become something nobody wants or needs!
