Right now at around 2:27 pm, I got coffee through drive through. The guy, with red shirt was so stupid. On arrival I said hi, he didn’t respond. When he gave me coffee I said thank you, he didn’t reply. I am your regular customer. Please train your staff. Today again at 2:38 pm on December 9, 2024, I bought coffee through drive through and the behaviour of attendant, a male guy was not at par the Timhortons standard. He was chatting with other employee and ignoring the customer. I said Hi, and then thanks while leaving but he didn’t reply. Timhortons needs drastic changes in their customer service.

This is the second time they have delivered black coffee with out sugar. I requested 2 sugar but the guy who was in the drive through didn’t add.

Bad customer given by an Indian girl with a lot of jewelry is on her ears. She was wearing a glasses. She don’t bother to giving a smile to customers. She was arrogant and rude. She should not be working there at all.

It’s evening time , Friday tiredness .. visited this tim Hortons and I was very happy . I just bought a triple triple small and one brownie.. and it was the best I had in a very long time .. thank you rehal for the service . Will definitely visit again 🤩🤩

Very convenient for drive back home, but there is others, coffee and tea always great some times small misunderstanding in the drive-thru must be a speaker from what I'm being told or just hard of hearing that's fine with me no big deal some people just have selective hearing I guess. It's to bad you don't provide meals for vegan folks it's kind of insulting when you're drive-thru personal is offering animal products to a non- animal eater if I wanted to eat animals I would have asked for one or two or three or four or five and dozen or two of donuts 🤮
You become what you eat look around.

Terrible service! I ordered on the app for pickup before it closed. When I got there the doors were locked and when I went to drive through to tell them they refused me service even when I said I already paid (which I did.)
