Honestly, today’s drive-thru experience at Tim Hortons was terrible. Our order took way too long, The girl Ankita’s attitude was really disappointing, and she was not offering good customer service at all. For a brand like Tim Hortons, this is completely unacceptable.

The open hours on here are misleading!!
The drive through is open 24h but the restaurant is not! Idk when it closes but the doors were closed at midnight and they won't let you order through the drive through when you're not in a car :( and they won't let you pick up your online order through the drive through window when you're not in a car :(( I had to go pick it up the next day
Waited 15 minutes in drive thru, got home tea was wrong.. bagel was burnt and no cream cheese..

Everytime I come here my order is wrong. I gave up. My family doesn't go there anymore. It is every single time. I'm done giving them my hard earned money for the wrong food every time
I order my food at 3:10 for 3:30(app). I show up at 3:35 for my food and I am typing this in at 3:47 standing here waiting.

this is my preferred tim hortons in cambridge. i come here regularly for my lunch break and i appreciate all the workers for how they deal with the crowd, especially the highschoolers. the staff are very friendly.
Best location in Cambridge. Drive trough is fast and efficient. Staff on top of there jobs to give the best customer service possible. Clean dining area/parking lot no hesitation with my kids. Highly recommend location.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I placed a mobile order expecting my food to be ready when I arrived, but when I got there, it still wasn’t prepared. When I asked about it, one of the staff members (a short Indian girl) told me they don’t make it early because “it’ll get cold,” and that they would just microwave it again later. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead!
On top of that, her attitude was very rude and unprofessional — no politeness, no basic customer manners. I go to Tim Hortons often, but this kind of service is unacceptable. If mobile orders aren’t going to be ready on time and staff can’t even communicate respectfully, there’s no point using the app at all.
To make things worse, my order wasn’t even prepared correctly — I ordered a slow-cooked chicken, but they gave me crispy chicken instead.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Beth for her wonderful service..She welcomed us with a warm smile, took our order, and even corrected it promptly when there was a small issue. She also issued a refund for the extra amount we had paid. Truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism

Had a really bad experience. I was on my 15 min break and ordered coffee and plain croissant toasted with butter. The employee named Laila doesnt know how to take order. She gave me cold croissant with nothing in it. When I asked she heated it in the microwave and again without butter. Then somebody else put butter and heated it again. The condition was worse. If you see Laila taking your order please avoid.
