I think it important to let ladt review know that she has reviewed the wrong tim hortons. This is esso Tim Hortons no points and not located near wendys. I have always had exceptional service and the Manager Katherine is amazing with each and every customer

First off I have to say drive thru in the morning is awesome. The women there should be cloned.
The inside restraunt service us something else. I dont think they no The difference between coffee and tea. Never get order right and when u say something they stand there looking at u like what u want me to do. Asked for manager, says he's the acting manager tes ut was a act. All he says us sorry.
Let's not forget the time rewards,joke that is. I have over 6,000 points why u ask because when I go to use them that scanner never works. Cashier just stands and looks at u. Oh well must be broken but then I loose them. Worst tim hortons restaurant. Stay away from inside. Go in the morning about about 7 or 8. Lastly the line up for drive thru is crazy. Have 2 entrances. Always stop and line up by Wendy's to keep opening for people driving in parking lot. Never fails some idiots pulls up and no one can get by. One of these days someone is going to get punched out.

Worst service. They don’t collect reward points.
I ordered a coffeee and a cheese croissant heated but they gave me cold croissant.

Ordered a medium French vanilla with whip cream .. first off they didn't even fill the cup which was super annoying secondly there was a lot of weird wax looking chunks at the bottom of my drink ? ? What was that? To add insult to injury this beverage cost me over $4 so gross honestly

I finally gave this Timmies a try given that the line wasn't long. It will be my first and last time. The fact they dont accept Timmies rewards is one, and my coffee was burnt. Thanks but no thanks!

They've been great to me, and my wife finds the coffee better at this one than other locations. That's fine by me. The girls there have been lovely, and friendly.

They scam people here, telling they have Tim's rewards and rollup but once you pay there's none of that lol it's a stupid petty little scam they do. Not sure why but -1000 stars forsure. Weird as hell 😂🤣

They act like you are inconveniencing them when placing your order. They are slow and not friendly at all, speaking to one another in a language that definitely isn't English . Which I find is extremely rude They also don't have espresso and got my doughnut order wrong. it could be done WAY better.

Today around 2:35 pm, I ordered large coffee with one cream on the drive through but when I reached the window to pick up my coffee, I was delivered wrong order along with pastry and large coffee with double cream. I returned the stuff and told her that it was not my order. Instead of saying sorry she started blaming me that I didn’t order and came to the window without placing order. This was just extremely frustrating because instead of admitting her fault she blamed me. If she had simply said sorry for mistake, I would have had no issue with that because we are human and we make mistakes. So please work on your staff and teach them manners and how to deal with the customers.
