A basic gas station Tim's. They only have baked goods, hot and iced coffee, and ice caps. There's no bagels, breakfast or lunch food, and no fancy drinks. There is a drive thru that gets busy during morning rush. There is no dining room. Parking at the gas station is minimal. They also don't use or redeem Tim's reward program which is frustrating.

@Timhortons should never encourage these girls behind the counter ever and never, these girls don’t even know what is customer service, some one need to train them, they don’t even have listening skills, I got the wrong order and charged for wrong order. I repeated the order three times which was recorded in my dash cam and they still raise their voice, arguing with me and also mentioned I didn’t repeat myself, these girls have so much attitude they don’t even care about manager whoever working here they were that rude. manager there should first get rid of them for better.

Mildly annoying their pay at machine system wasn't working and nothing on the screen indicated that I must go inside to pay for my fuel purchase.

This is one Tim Hortons that I will never go back to. The night I stopped there. There were four girls behind the counter. Two of them were off shift and horsing around with their cell phones taking selfies while we sat at the window waiting. Then the lady that was working took our order and proceeded to make orders for the girls that were going home. So we still waited. We finally decided to leave after we demanded our money back. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again. I will advise this happened in the evening but still there's no excuse for the way those four girls were acting

I went to this tim Hortons drive thru yesterday Sunday Marc 5th just to get a coffee and it was absolutely ridiculous,horrible and absolutely brutal service because there's was only two vehicles in front of me and they took almost 10 minutes from the time I placed my order until I got to the window order to pay for and get my coffee plus this employee was rude and not very friendly ? so I'm not very happy because before this place was own by a different gentleman it was a much better service them what it this now since the new owner took over the service is brutal and very slow.I will be calling the head office to let them know about this tim Hortons and their territory service.They should be a lot more friendly because of all costumers that is why they have a job.Thank-you for your attention.
