I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Ice Cap, which normally comes with pumpkin topping, but I didn’t receive the topping at all. The drink itself was also too watery. When I asked about the portion size, I was told this is the amount they are “supposed” to give, but at other Tim Hortons I usually get my Ice Cap filled till the rim. Here, it wasn’t, and the response felt dismissive. On top of that, the staff were rude when I asked about it, which made the whole experience very disappointing.

I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.

I have lived in this area before this location opened and have seen the service decline drastically in the last year. New staff does not make coffee orders correctly nor give the correct items ordered (croissants, muffins). It’s not like they have to do anything other than take them off the shelf and put them in a bag. I am at the point of not using this location any longer because of the high frequency of errors.

I went there for a coffee and a bagel. I scanned my phone for a free coffee paid in the drive-through and when I left I noticed I was charged for the coffee. I went back inside and was told “the scanner acts up sometimes, try again next time.” Awful service. Awful Tim Hortons. I would not recommend going here.

Very bad customer service by the manager without a name tag on. Working 11:10 am 13 th sept. It would screw your day.
Janet at the drive thru. She does not ask you if she can get you anything else, she says “drive up” no total or anything. She will also not say ANYTHING at all when you are paying and getting your drink/ food. She’s unbelievably rude and 0 customer service skills!!!

Not only do you have to pay for a cup for tap water now (fine whatever) - I went in to get one for my dog with a couple timbits and was given only enough water to fill a quarter of the cup that I paid for, but it was hot water too.
Seriously who argues about tap water when you're trying to get your dog a drink, and then to spite you fills it with uncomfortably hot water, really?

Staff behaviour needs to be improved. Often we get rude treatment. The girls usually not ready to help and make us wait a long. Also not clean. I often find flies in the donut box. Not much health and safety rules followed. The girls pick up your food with long acrylic nails with polish. No hairnet.
