Very bad customer service by the manager without a name tag on. Working 11:10 am 13 th sept. It would screw your day.
Janet at the drive thru. She does not ask you if she can get you anything else, she says “drive up” no total or anything. She will also not say ANYTHING at all when you are paying and getting your drink/ food. She’s unbelievably rude and 0 customer service skills!!!

Not only do you have to pay for a cup for tap water now (fine whatever) - I went in to get one for my dog with a couple timbits and was given only enough water to fill a quarter of the cup that I paid for, but it was hot water too.
Seriously who argues about tap water when you're trying to get your dog a drink, and then to spite you fills it with uncomfortably hot water, really?

Staff behaviour needs to be improved. Often we get rude treatment. The girls usually not ready to help and make us wait a long. Also not clean. I often find flies in the donut box. Not much health and safety rules followed. The girls pick up your food with long acrylic nails with polish. No hairnet.
Sat in drive- thru. No acknowledgement. I said "HELLO?^ And a snotty voice came over the speaker "I'll be with you in a MINUTE". Another minute goes by and.....NOTHING.Nice way to treat your customers. ? So I left.

Great service perfect coffee every timeUpdate:6 years later still coming to the st andrews location. The old staff thats still there are awesome and its the only location that seems to be able to get my order right. However, some of the new staff that have been hired recently are pretty rude and have caused a lot of the amazing old staff to find new jobs due to the ignorance of some of the new staff. I hope someone can teach these new members of the team at st andrews to remember that they are working with with the public. It might be a good idea to be pleasant with the customers. Its a real turn off when you order something from somewhere and its served to you with rudeness and ignorance. What ever happened to service with a smile? Otherwise keep doing a great job, st andrews staff...just one request. Please train the new staff on how to make my coffee properly before you all leave ;) lolSincerey,Laurie, Coffee Addict.

They are constantly out of everything, and today in the drive through one of the employees was insanely rude and sassy and treated me horribly. Do better.

This Tim Hortons location In my opinion needs staff training on the importance of providing Splenda not sugar to customers who order it... can't say how often my diabetic husband asks for Splenda but gets sugar.. not to mention so very often the decalf coffee comes Luke warm.... boo Tim Hortons.. please educate your staff.
