Stood in line, until I was called by an female indian employee. Before she took my order, an indian male approached out of nowhere, spoke to her in their language then told me step aside so he could pay. I just walked away. Stuff like this contributes to prejudism.
How do you have a 24 hour hospital and the only restaurant in it closes at 8pm?

I ordered a small tea with one milk. I watched the employee ( the shorter, rounder lady who wears bandanas) pour a very large amount of milk in my cup. I’m a kind and easy going, person but I asked if I could please have less milk. Her response was to get a fresh cup which she threw on the counter with a loud angry sound before picking it up and making the tea. She was very unkind and made me feel as though what I had politely asked was out of line. As I walked away with my husband, I actually felt a tear roll down my cheek. People in hospitals are already in vulnerable positions. They don’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect.

This has to be the most incompetent staff I’ve ever come across. Asking 3 times to make sure they cut your damn bagel and they assure me it’s cut only to find out it’s not once I’ve left the place. And they take forever to make anything. If you watch they will make each order separately. It’s called multitasking. Give it a try.

Love the coffee when I go. Convenient and cheap but if you go too often like anywhere else you may be short on rent. Treat yourself when you can and enjoy.

Tim Hortons as a solution for hospital food is just wrong. As a complimentary item it's ok, but this Tims is too

Try not to be person of colour at this Tim Hortons, they will flat out refuse to serve you.Waited in line for about 10 mins, was the last person in line. The person in front of me got to order, then the lady flat out closed it. 5 mins before they are supposed to close. All I wanted was a coffee after my 12 hour shift. But I guess because of I’m of colourI’m not welcome.Shame on this hospital on hiring these racists operators.

Sometimes I think the eye candy walking around this place looks better than the coffee and probably tastes better too.
Should be a 24/7 operation given the circumstances of this hospital.
