Ridiculously longer wait times for drinks and food at counter.
While ordering medium dark roast coffee in the drive-thru, I received coffee that was not hot when I entered the highway. I am concerned about the quality of the coffee and the lack of attention to detail. As customers, we expect our orders to be prepared to our specifications, and it is unacceptable to receive subpar products. I would like to request that the staff at the drive-thru be more vigilant in ensuring that all orders are prepared correctly.

Awful! The days of the traditional Tim Hortons are long gone. Service and quality are not just subpar—they’re downright awful. This might be one of the worst locations I’ve experienced (and I’ve visited several).
The store was disorganized and dirty, with filthy countertops and apparent cross-contamination risks. I witnessed staff handling finished sandwiches, then mopping up a spill on the floor, and returning to food handling without changing gloves. This is unacceptable and unsafe.
I expect better from a brand I’ve trusted for years. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses these hygiene and training issues promptly.

I given order for small mocha with no sugar and black coffee with sugar .
We received wrong order but the staff on the counter was not ready to accept their mistake. She said we ordered sweetner in mocha and it has natural sweetner like chocolate milk. After long argument given correct order for black coffee.
This is our first time worst experience in tim hortons .

The night staff was so unprofessional and 0 customer service. The girl who took the order needs more training in customer service and attitude. Won't ever go there again...

I came here today at 3.10pm. The representative named Harmandeep and neha were on counter and taking order. Quiet busy in talking to each other instead of paying attention to customer order. Then I asked for bowl and they charged me for wrap. First mistake, then instead of refunding me wrap and charging me for bowl, they charged me for timbits. Totally out of way the transaction. Harmandeep’s attitude was bad she supposed to apologize but she never did and showed an attitude for her own mistake. The server was good atleast she knows how to deal with mistaken order and apologize for that. But other cashiers needs to work on their attitude. I can’t give zero star otherwise I would. I worked in this industry at management levels but never seen such bad attitude front liners.

Around 10 pm last night used the drive through to order a large double double, Tim's employee understood it as large regular, went to the window, when I wanted to make sure it was a DD, she got upset on me , how can I order a regular and ask for double double and she was trying to get the payment done and give the regular one. I reminded her that this is not how I had interactions with Tim's employees in my past 20 years, they were always very respectful and accommodated whenever any misunderstanding happened during the orders. This is one of the reason , we consider Tim's as our favorite for coffee and snacks all the time. If we continue to get these kind of unaccomodative behavior, we will not happy, but will switch. And for sure, we will not be alone. I hope they get proper training to address this kind of situations.

most of the time the food requested is denied saying we don't have or we don't carry it.
when requested jam on bagel on a drive thru, they expect you to drive and put the jam yourself while driving since they provide a small spread of jam along with bagel on a drive thru

From Kitchener to Mississauga - i do travel almost every week & at least once or twice I usually get incorrect order. Sometimes the Tea / Coffe tasted stale. 3 Starrs for the firendly employees 👌

McDonald's charging 179 with tax for a large ice coffee that is by far tastier than Tim's, & very affordable with their summer prices!
Tim's wants far too much for such poor quality & tasteless drinks!

Worst Oreo mocha iced Capp. I asked for Oreo mocha iced Capp without whipped cream they did not even add Oreo crumbs and it literally tasted like chocolate milk. Disgusting service.

Went to the drive thru at 11:30 pm requesting for a flat bread pizza. This is not my first time getting it at that time but the representative stated that they are only doing drinks at this time. If you are on a on route and only thing open you should be offering food as well. I’d assume they cleaned up the kitchen and did not want to make a mess again.
Please ensure that your Tim Hortans is offering full service. If this was any other country they would have had it done instead of loosing business.
