I don't know which one is worse, the one across the street or this one. Update they still suck, but I do love the east Indian Theme.

I ordered on 24/11/2025, around 10ish in morning which was a takeout and staff gave me wrong drink , then i called them and the manager insisted please come anytime and tell your name, we will get you the same drink. I went today showed the transaction, manager mehul was polite but he said please come tomorrow morning. So that’s how your companies customer service work?

Drive through gave me the wrong order, before ordering I asked if they accept the offers and responded with yes, when my order did not go through they would honour the order.

lady on drivethru will ask for donations for 2 times and will make you feel guilty, expressions will change right away if you say ‘no’ . either donate and see a happy face or get ready to be asked twice with and rough face and feel guilty for the whole day , urge to change the front team. and food was pathetic never coming back again. thanks

Ordered turkey / bacon club
Said light or half dressing

Was all over my hands and did not taste good until I scraped as much dressing or what ever it is as I could off.

Not easy as I go through drive through to keep moving in the highway
Tim’s there’s more to serving drive through than the dam speed in which you serve the food.
Tim’s continues to be outdone my McDonald’s EACH AND EVERY TIME

I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting 35 minutes, which is completely unacceptable for a pickup order. The service was very slow and the overall experience was really disappointing. If mobile orders are going to take this long, there’s no point in offering them. Definitely a bad experience, and I hope they improve their speed and customer service.

They are extremely dishonest. When I order a medium, they give me a small but still charge for a medium. When I ask for a bagel with cream cheese, they give me a plain toasted bagel instead. It feels like they are intentionally cutting corners and overcharging customers.

New girl kirandeep needs to learn some basic customer service skills.. no thank you, no right product, grumpy face. Come on if you do not like to work there, just leave and go home.
