ordered a jalapeño bagel from Tim Hortons and was really disappointed. The bagel was completely burnt — not just a little toasted, but dark, bitter, and inedible. For a place that serves breakfast every day, I expect the basics like a bagel to be done right. This was a waste of money and honestly ruined my meal. Definitely needs better quality control.

Had aweful experience. Stopped to get breakfast at this location on Sunday morning. The bathroom was not clean and had no soap at all. The staff is not hospitable. I spend about $43 on the order. When we finished breakfast I asked for a cup of cold tap water. They said I should pay $0.1 for it. For a cup of tap water 10 cents!!! Incredible greediness for their guests. If a guest is choking they better have 10 cents in their pocket if they want to survive. The food order was also inconsistent. I ordered 2 identical sandwiches (Crave Steak) but the amount of meat was not the same in both. One sandwich had about 50% more meat than the other despite it was 2 identical items. Will never come to this location and don't recommend.
