Consistency gives the most under iced baked goods of any tim Hortons in existence, every timbit you buy might aswell be a plain timbit.

Fast moving in the mornings and on point with the orders

Once they finally took my order, the food was made fast. But waited at the front of the line for 5 mins or so. 12-14 employees working. Coffee was hot, bagel was lazy, overall exactly what I expect from a busy tim hortons at 8 in the morning.

I visited a Tim Hortons location this evening, and the experience was quite disappointing. The staff were speaking in their own language, which felt unprofessional and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

I had to wait a long time just to get a single drink, and there was no urgency or attention to customer service. It seemed like customers were not being prioritized at all.

Based on this visit, I wouldn’t prefer to return to this location.

Very less quantity of the food. Bought slow cooked chicken bowl. Was not at all enough as per the cost. I have seen other locations serving a lot more. Kindly train associates on giving sufficient quantity.

I stayed at the hotel beside this Tim Hortons and I walked over. I order on the app for dine-in. The doors were looked because it was 4:30 and the doors open at 5. I waited in the drive-thru line and rude spoken to, that they don't take walk-ups to the drive-thru window. I was told that I had to wait in the cold and that the drive-thru customers where first. I don't understand why it is an option to order on the mobile app, for dine-in before the restaurant is open. I am a paying customer and do not deserve to be treat this way.

I went to this Tim Horton while going to Toronto around 4:00 pm on Sunday I thought take coffee and bagel
Very poor customer service she don’t know how to speak with customer & get order
Disgusting food full of Mold type inside with bad smell and taste . Bagel is like she made since morning
