Very rude customer service. The response from the person who took my order (drive thru) was like I was asking something I don’t deserve. Not polite/friendly at all. No basic skills or manners in communication. Please do train your staff properly before placing them in your stores.

First time at this location and I’m appalled. Every table has stuff spilled on it and gross. Had to clean a table myself to enjoy breakfast. The amount of yelling from all the staff is ridiculous. Yelling things that they are out of and screaming what they need. Won’t be back.

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru recently and had a really disappointing experience with a server named deepika. I order ice coffee with less ice and extra cream and extra cane sugar but she make coffee totally wrong,she make half cup ice and less cream,less sugar less cream

We ordered two hot coffees, but they were cold and watery. We asked for replacements, and while the new ones were hot, they still tasted very diluted and unpleasant. The staff didn’t seem very attentive and mostly appeared to be chatting among themselves, which made the experience disappointing.

Today I was openly scammed by this location. It took them over 30 minutes to prepare a single bowl I ordered online. And instead of giving me a proper portion, they dumped whatever scraps were left because it was evening and they didn’t want to heat more rice. I selected drive-thru, but they still made me wait another 5 minutes, and on top of that, they even forgot to add vegetables. It was a complete waste of time, money. No wonder why you clowns have the lowest rating.
