The staff is amazing and friendly, even at 5:30 in the morning. They might be tired from staying up all night, but Pranav and the team always greet us with a warm smile. Thank you, everyone!

I visit this outlet every weekend and buy my usual coffee. The night staff (especially Pranav) does a really good job. All the team members are active and serve customers with almost no waiting at the queue.
Double double i get from here is one of the bests i get from Tim's.

Still short staffed late at night. A wait to be served since the 2 staff were busy for drive through. thank you for being open through the night again! Charging stations would be good to have available again!! Table surface was dirty...needed to be wiped! Washroom available and clean.thanks
