I’m leaving this review on behalf of my cousin, who had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. The employee taking her order did not listen properly and failed to scan her points. When my cousin calmly tried to address the issue, the situation escalated unnecessarily.
The employee then threatened to call the police, closed the drive-thru window, and laughed in the faces of my cousin and her sister. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made them feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service training so this does not happen to anyone else.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I often read them to understand other people’s experiences at places I regularly visit. I recently came across a review from a lady who mentioned an interaction with an employee named Simran. Based on my own frequent visits to this store, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
I often visit the store at night and have interacted with Simran many times. She has always been kind, polite, and welcoming, greeting customers with a warm smile. Her friendly and respectful behavior has consistently made my visits pleasant.
From my personal experience, it’s hard to believe that she would intentionally disrespect anyone, and I truly feel the situation may have been misinterpreted.
I know she is not manager she is employee but yeah She is kind and Humble.

I have been coming to this location over a year. Yes it gets busy. Patience and kindness go along way. No one who should be intimidated for being an employee that works really hard. Sim you are the best . I hope you have a great day today.

Okay now we all love Tim’s right? Especially when it’s fast no problems amazing employees & easy to order. I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons since I was young never had issues. Tonight as my sister & I order 2 teas we came across a very rude employee. We wanted to use our rewards & she kept saying it did not work, understandable so we try again “ it did not work “.
She was laughing in our faces & pointing her finger at us while we were struggling to use rewards. After a bit I told her to get the other person who was working as he was very kind and easy going,, she did not like that & decided to call the cops saying we were harassing her & trying to hit her.. mind you this is in drive thru. The guy was very kind and actually told us the rewards did work on one of the drinks & she decided to close the window saying do not speak to them. We waited a while for our drinks as they did not come neither did the cops. We did have this on video and decided to get our older sister who has worked there to get our drinks. Then it was resolved. The women’s name was Simran ,, however the manager is as well I want to clarify it was not the manager it was the employee. Overall not impressed. Left feeling very baffled at how the situation started off as a simple request, turned into the cops getting called on us.

Convenient because I live nearby and it's close to the highway entrance but I've never had a problem at this Tim's, food is always fresh, never an issue with my order and service is friendly and fast, even at busy times. They always seem to still have breakfast foods after 11.

I ordered food today but garlic bread was missing from my order. They don’t even make sure if all things are included in order. I realised after reaching home. Very careless employees!!!!
