They don't carry 12 Grain bagels and they don't carry caramel ice caps the only two things I ever get from Tim Hortons kind of ridiculous

I had this vanilla ice coffee from drive through. It looks fine from outside but when i tasted it after some time it was very bad and then i smelled it and it had sour odor just like expired milk or cream. And now my stomach hurts very badly. I'm not a lactose intolerant in fact i drink milk daily but this was very bad. Waste my money.

They are constantly out of scrambled eggs and yet promote new products that have scrambled eggs in them. There have been many occasions when I tried to order a loaded scramble box and they didn’t have enough eggs. It is very frustrating if it is supposed to be to be a core item. Even after providing feedback to the store nothing has improved.

I must say this Tim Hortons consistently serves fresh food and coffee every time. The quality is always on point, and the service is quick and friendly. Whenever I’m in Cambridge, this is the only Tim Hortons I choose to visit, it never disappoints.

Very disappointed in the food 🙄. Poor quality in the coffee, it was grainy, TOO bitter, and tastes like cardboard. Also counted 16 timbits when i ordered 20, no variety either, only got 3 types. 😡

Order a bacon breakfast wrap it had one piece of bacon on it cost me $6:30 for that I hope ripping of customers was worth the profit I done with Tim Hortons after a loyal customer for 40 + years I’ve had enough I will no longer go there to buy anything
