I visited this Tim Hortons location yesterday afternoon around 3–3:30 PM, and I was genuinely impressed. As a manager from another Tim Hortons store, I always appreciate great service — and On this location one Indian team member with brown eyes stood out. He prepared my five drinks incredibly fast and each one was perfect in taste. Their efficiency and consistency really made my visit enjoyable. I absolutely love coming to this store!

It was nov 15 and the time was 5:30 there was a girl working there and i asked for her name and she refused because she was afraid to tell me… she gave me red roasted donut without heating that she was not wearing gloves and she just put on the table like seriously??? And I tell her can you please warm it up she didnt even look at me another co worker said sorry and she warm that up… i am so disappointed and i am going to report this to public health as well

They always mess up the specialty drinks, I order one of the cold brews with foam and they often don't bother to finish making the drink. Most of the employees are friendly enough, a few of the Indian guys are always pissy and they seem to be the ones who care the least about giving you the right order.

Cashier don't know ingredients - there was white lady who took my order, i can not eat onions, i asked her if jalapeño begel had onion? Her answer was, I don't know- they should have transperant about what they are selling

No lattes avaliable even though they are advertised heavily. Ordered a vanilla dip donut and it was obviously a day old. Restaurant is always dirty. Service is poor

Absolutely awful Tim Hortons. Staff is rude. Orders come out wrong over and over. The place is filthy. They don’t stock baked goods after 6pm and run out at 8 which is laziness considering they’re open all night.

Tim Hortons overall is becoming overpriced trash. Now having different tiers of donuts (regular and premium). They’re all the same. Just a money grab. Plus they mix them all together so you have to carefully read the little tags for what type they are. $3.50 for a ring of fried dough is wild.

I hope Tim Hortons as a company either fails or gets their crap together. They’re an embarrassment to Canada.

As per usual, this location does not listen at the drive thru. Order was wrong AGAIN, even though I repeated it twice..... Time to stop worrying about how many orders you can process in a minute and start getting them right..... 20 minutes away sitting at work is the wrong Time to discover they've added an ingredient you cannot eat. It's a loooon Time til lunch now
