Order a bacon breakfast wrap it had one piece of bacon on it cost me $6:30 for that I hope ripping of customers was worth the profit I done with Tim Hortons after a loyal customer for 40 + years I’ve had enough I will no longer go there to buy anything

I visited this Tim Hortons in Cambridge and ordered sandwiches, but they were made with bacon even though I do NOT eat meat for religious reasons. I was driving and eating, so I didn’t notice the smell at first — I took one bite before realizing something was wrong. This was extremely upsetting because I cannot even touch meat products, let alone eat them.
I drove 10 minutes back to the store to explain the situation. The manager accepted that the employee made a mistake, but instead of handling it properly, she pretended to “fire” the employee in front of me as if that would make me feel better. It felt very disrespectful — customers are not foolish.
To make it worse, I saw the same employee working again later that evening, which made it clear the manager was just putting on a show instead of offering a real solution.
There was no proper compensation, no sincere apology, and no effort to fix the issue. For a mistake this serious — especially involving religious dietary restrictions — the way it was handled was completely unacceptable.
Worst Tim Hortons I have visited in Cambridge. I hope Tim Hortons head office sees this and takes appropriate action.

The drive through was very busy, so the inside lineup became a bit long. Perhaps they should use both the order stations to knock it down faster? Otherwise, everything was as it should be.

I met up with a group of friends and spent a few hours here. The environment was cozy and quiet and the staff didn’t bother us. Great experience!

When ordering thru drive thru one person says may I take your order and than another random person then goes on the speaker , huge way for your order to gets done wrong like mine. Plus when you call to make a complaint and I hear everything on the other line , talking crap about another employee , well again that’s not good , so bravo to another let done from Tim Hortons. Oh I finally got through to talk to someone, they didn’t even listen to my complaint but getting my drink at another time

Worst Tim Hortons to go to. They take forever in the drive thru, they always mess up the order and the staff is rude.
Went there maybe 20 minutes ago.. Paid $4.60 for a vanilla cold brew. Didn't look like a cold brew when she handed it to me cuz it was stirred. Asked her if it was a cold brew.. She said yes.. I said are you sure it's not very cold. She says yes.. I can add more ice..... Uhm.. Anyways.. Give it to the person it was, for.. Yep iced coffee maybe a pump of vanilla. Very unsatisfied with the service. COLD Brew shouldn't need more ice. If I was still on the area I'd go back for a refund. Tim Horton's is gone down the drain

My 50 box of timbits was missing atleast 12 timbits. Don’t appreciate being cheated after being charged for 50.
One of the worst tim hortons @Cambridge due to poor service. If u r coming there.. it will take minimum 15mins in drive thru every time with wrong order.
I dont know how you can meet up a turkey bacon club so many times!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been getting one twice a week here for months and I almost always have to get it redone or they forget something simple like the damn tomatoes!!!!! Which they did again today. This location has gone very downhill the last year or so!!!!

This store charges for water. They dont even fill water in bottle or glass if some one is thirsty. Staff is not trained and dont know their job
Coffee and service was okay but atmosphere wasn't look good to me, could be more clean and organized, maybe cleaning time was closure.....I like Tim's coffee anyway.
