Ordered the new pizza on April 24, 2024 at 11 pm through drive thru. The lady who took the order was very rude and did not even glance at us after reaching at the drive thru. She made us wait for 8 min just to take the payment. Before we could ask for the wait time she just closed the window and went away and made us wait again. She did apologize while taking payment but rudely.

My recent visit to Tim Hortons was disappointing. I was charged twice for my coffee, received the wrong order, and encountered a dismissive attitude from the staff when I raised my concerns. These mistakes and poor customer service left me frustrated and unlikely to return. Tim Hortons needs to improve its operations and staff training to ensure better experiences for customers in the future.

This is my favorite location in the city! You can tell it is well managed. I don't know how they do it, but the honey crullers hit differently at this specific Tim's in the best way possible. One time I filled out a survey to receive a free iced coffee or something along those lines, but there was a glitch on the website and I never got a redemption code. Which is obviously the corporations tech issue and not the locations. Either way was happy to share my positive review through the website as well!
