I went with my wife and bought 2 dark roast coffee when I went outside and took a sip that coffee was not drinkable, went back and ask them to replace my coffee the girl poor new one and was the same. To me that coffee was like someone run brewing twice . At the same time I took 6 doughnuts and they appear to be look by managers because they are squeeze and the chocolate Glace it is not the same like use to be. The staff looks like it is not caring about the customer and the worst is some of the staff doesn't speak clear English or understand English. Sorry but will never go back to that location. WARNING

Love this Tim Hortons. The staff are so friendly. They make my morning with their welcoming service. The best coffee shop in Cambridge.

Ordered a simple pepper mint tea at the drive thru. The drink was fine.
One flaw was the employee failed to provide me with the proper change. Went back in the drive thru and let them know money was still owing.
I typically do not nit pick over a few extra dollars, but she did not apologize for her incorrect math. Incompetence with cash handling. Even then when corrected, failed to provide me with proper change for the second time until I again pointed it out.
Would suggest other patrons to question the employee cash handling practices.

*EDIT* Betty completely rectified the situation with respect and tact. I appreciate the help and the speed this was handled.
When it comes to this location, there are 2 ladies who do their jobs. Everyone else is lazy. Sits around. Makes the line grow out the door food wait is 15 min minimum usually. The food is always sloppy and made wrong. And the last visit I ordered a breakfast Sandwich for my son and there was only half a sausage. The price of the sandwich there should ALWAYS be the full amount of food. This is disgusting.

I popped in to grabbed myself breakfast and was greeted by the friendliest employee. She was smiling and welcoming - she made me feel so happy I purchased more food lol ( timbits for coworkers)…she was a busy little bee moving all over getting her orders in and completed but smiled and chatted the entire time. The rest of the staff were busy and happily moving around too. I usually go through drive thru - but I will be going in store much more frequently now….as the environment is exactly what everyone should experience.
The Canadian guy at the front working today was so racist and he even called abusive words. Most racist guy I ever saw . Total shame for Tim horton for keeping this racist at shop

I had an ice coffee couple of days before around 7:05 i ordered with extra cream extra sugar and expresso foam on it. On top of it after placing the order the guy who placed order after me got his order first and i got my order that to with big mistake the coffee was without the expresoo foam that is really disgusting after i noticed after couple of sips i went to him and asked him that i order a coffee with expresso foam and i haven't got on it he just took the coffee and added the foam on the same coffee not even bothering to make me new coffee and trash the old one they're just not taking their job seriously while serving to customers and not following the guidelines. The worst experience i had ever had in tim Hortons Before. It wasn't the first time with this location every time i visit there's always a mistake or violence of guidelines. I would never visit the location again

Ordered steep tea and hot choclate at 7:30pm and got wrong order instead steeptea they gave me coffee with milk/cream and sugar . I can’t have coffee at all and I figured it out once I got home.thats silly .Also it was not a first time that they messed up my order and had to leave a review this time .
