I ordered 2 simply sausages on English muffin combos. This usually includes 2 hashbrowns and your choice of drink. I did not receive my second hashbrown. Is it so hard to check the order at the pass Tims employees? Is it also hard to ensure that your customers are receiving the correct items that they ordered and you overcharged for? I cannot believe that 2 simply sausage combos with apple juice and a medium London fog comes to $21.57!? I have avoided going to any Timmy's franchise for a while now due to the incorrect orders via the drive thru.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have no one on front, waited in line for so long, the ones on drive through kept looking at me and proceeded to not take my order which literally would’ve taken not even 1 minute because I knew what I wanted and it takes a second to make it. Waited 10 minutes when I should’ve only been in there for 2 minutes MAX.

Went at like 230am and didn’t expect there to be much, I passed the window and saw the shelves were half full to my surprise. Then I went through drive through and asked if they had bagels she said no and that she has no food. I asked if that included sweets and she said she has nothing. I passed by again and she did have a bunch of baked goods and stuff in the oven. Why a food place doesn’t want to sell the food they had is beyond me

Went in this morning to order my usual coffee and breakfast, drive thru was slammed again. So I decided to trek in. Line was long so I went to the bathroom and there was fresh fecal matter (about the only fresh thing there) on the wall beside the urinal, on the floor and honestly anywhere but the toilet. Told the staff while I ordered that they were issues and the lady with the glasses flat out told me she did not care and she'll get it closed. Then when I began my order she had the audacity to oh you actually want to order instead of complain. So when I ordered my coffee and breakfast sandwich she said are you sure that's enough for you indicating that a single breakfast sandwich was not enough to feed a larger guy. She then berated a few students who were ordering. She told one that they did not have an item and told her if she can't decide in a half second then she will get nothing and no refund. The student asked if they had an item for replacement and before they got the item out she said ahnnnnn wrong try again. Not sure if she had her breakfast in the mens bathroom but she definitely had something in her cornflakes or if she needs to visit a proctologist to get whatever died up there out. She has 0 respect and even less patience.

Is it bad that the mens bathroom was the highlight of my experience, yeah pretty bad.

At the end of the day if it was this Tim's or a coffee with Bill Cosby, I'm trusting the Cosby coffee every time.

Today being Dec 30, 2025, at around 1:55PM we made a stop at this Tim’s as usual, but instead of drive through we walked into the store. There was a white old lady with glasses taking orders. She was so rude and aggressive. She has zero interest to work and serve the customers in a polite way. She just threw our coffe and pastries at us in a rash way. The pastries were super cold and we just disposed them later after taking a bite. No customer service at all and please improve the customer service and educate her please.

This was my first time visiting this Tim Hortons, and the drive-through experience was disappointing. No greeting, no ‘thank you,’ and the staff seemed uninterested in working. Other Tim Hortons usually welcome customers warmly by saying,”Welcome to Tim hortons, how may I help you” but this location lacked basic customer service. Staff need better training and attitude👎

⭐️ Unacceptable Franchise Standards – Constantly Out of Stock

This Tim Hortons location is a complete failure in basic operations. More than 50% of the menu is consistently unavailable, and the answer is always the same: sold out or out of stock. This has been happening repeatedly and is clearly the norm, not an exception.

What’s even more shocking is that basic essentials like cup holders are missing. If a customer orders 6–7 coffees, how are they expected to carry them? This is the bare minimum requirement for a Tim Hortons location.

This is not about rush hours or busy days, this is poor management and zero inventory control. Tim Hortons corporate seriously needs to review how franchises are assigned and monitored, because this location does not meet brand standards at all.

Avoid this branch unless you enjoy wasting your time.
