Very short staffed only one lady working there. Was in line for 10 mins and the lady working was working drive through. How do you only have one worker working poor lady was running back and forth no wonder orders were getting mixed/messed up. Ordered April 26 at 10pm

They make the worst coffee. When you ask for a medium coffee with 1 milk and 1 sugar, you get: a medium coffee with no trace of coffee, it is cold to the touch and when you open the lid it looks like a cup full of milk! Every dollar you make, counts...so go spend it elsewhere!

Very disorganized. I counted 11 staff, and it took 8 minutes to get our order after it was placed. 2 bagel BELTs at 9:45 am.Untidy. Tables hadn't been cleaned and there was some garbage on the floor.

What is wrong tim Horton when I ask for a tea double double made with cream they make it with milk then I go for a chocolate chill they make it like a iced cap ask for a double chocolate donuts and give you a chocolate glazed and when u do get that donuts you get it in a bag and the top is stuck on the top of the bag I feel tim Horton no longer values there customers
I asked for a decaffeinated coffee. That night I couldn't sleep. The coffee was the only difference from other days. I strongly suspect the coffee was NOT decaffeinated.It makes a difference!

Theres one tall indian guy wearing a turban guy who is extremely rude, bad body language. Because of him the cx service of the whole restaurant is getting worse please fire him or give him a warning. He messes upthe order doesnt care about customers. I am not being racist as I am sikh myself and its very sad to see this kind of behaviour
