The service is great, the staff are very friendly, if the tables are a bit messy they clean them up quickly when asked, the washrooms are clean and checked often. Arina, Megan and Marion are very efficient and since we go to this particular store all the time they know our orders and ring them in soon as we are at the counter. The coffee is crab and hot, the food is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

Arina the team lead always goes on and above with her service. She is so friendly and has a genuine smile on her face every morning. Marion also has great customer service skills and goes out of her way to make your visit pleasant . Very busy location at times especially when school is in but the staff work tirelessly ti keep up . They will always come and clean tables if they are needed if asked , even when the lineups are huge . Staff always remembers our orders as we come often . We'll done team!!!
I ordered a hot chai latte at this Tim Hortons and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Not only did it take about 5 minutes just to get a cup of tea, but when my drink finally came it was not made properly because they had forgotten both the cream and sugar.
When we went back to have it remade the second attempt was not much better. It still tasted watered down as if they just added cream and sugar on top of the original drink we returned. Honestly it was one of the worst drinks I have ever received from any Tim Hortons.
On top of that the service here is consistently slow. Sadly this has to be one of the worst locations we have ever ordered from.
Not only that. The customer who ordered immediately after I did. A coffew with 3 creams ended up being made with 2 milks and had to be remade as well. Just utterly carelessly ridiculous.
