Me and my friend just ordered a coffee and bacon wrap on drive thru and we forgot to tell them we need ketchup, sugar and when we ask on the window, the girl on the window was very rude, rather than appreciating she started arguing and said you should tell us before very rudely. Thats the first tims location where i see this behaviour 👎

Any cookie, donut, muffin ? This place has gone to shit, they have English speaking employees but rarely put them at the drive through, 3 out of 5 times they get your order wrong and even the times they get it right it's still somehow garbage, think I'll make my own coffee now, tim hortons isn't canadian anymore.

I didn't have enough money for a hot chocolate so they gave it to me for free which was so nice of them.
Went through the drive-thru during the busy morning rush today and ordered one of the breakfast boxes. There was a little miscommunication with the order, but I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and smoothly the team corrected it I barely even waited. The young man at the window was so polite and upbeat, and the lady taking orders over the speaker was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.
It’s rare to experience that level of efficiency and genuine friendliness at a fast-food location, especially during the morning rush, but they handled everything with ease and such good energy. I left with exactly what I wanted and a smile on my face.
This Tim Hortons location has always been consistently great, and today’s experience just reminded me why I love coming here truly an awesome team!
