I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and I felt compelled to share my experience, as it was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the service I encountered was a reflection of poor training, rudeness, and a lack of professionalism among the staff.

One particular employee, an older Indian woman at the front counter, exemplified the issues I faced during my visit. Her name started with a ‘Z’ perhaps Zubina. Her demeanor was not only rude but also dismissive, making it clear that customer service was not a priority for her. I found her behavior to be both disrespectful and unhelpful, which contributed to a very uncomfortable atmosphere. She was absolutely disgusting to deal with.

Moreover, the overall quality of service was disappointing. It felt as though there were no standards in place to ensure that customers were treated fairly and with respect. The lack of training among employees was evident, as they seemed unprepared to handle basic customer interactions. They really do not know how to train their employees. I was observing and felt bad for the poor new hires. They are set up for failure.

I believe that businesses should uphold moral standards and foster an environment that is welcoming to all customers. Sadly, this location fell short in that regard. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and professionalism. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary changes, starting with addressing the behavior of staff members who do not represent the values of good customer service.

Tried to charge me 0.20 cents for a cup of water with ice. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons for 2 years and I’m aware that this is NOT a Tim Hortons policy. However the person who made my food was quite polite.

Don’t even need to point someone out in particular, every staff member in this place is gleaming, smiles and great attitude. Haven’t seen a tim Hortons like this since before Covid. 5 Stars thanks for fresh start to my morning!

I had ordered my coffee through drive thru this morning when I was given my coffee the lid had came off and burnt my hand. When I confronted the employee she told me there was nothing that she could do to fix it. I had expressed that the hot coffee burnt my hand because the lid wasn’t on properly. The employee had told me it’s only a small burn and move along as there was a line up behind me. So I paid for a coffee that I didn’t get.
I have never been treated that way in my life
