Don’t even need to point someone out in particular, every staff member in this place is gleaming, smiles and great attitude. Haven’t seen a tim Hortons like this since before Covid. 5 Stars thanks for fresh start to my morning!

We stopped at this Tim’s for a pick me up and morning snack, and had one of the best experiences at a Tim’s ever! We’re driving from Windsor to Orangeville — a 4 hour drive, an hour left to go — so I’m already a little tired and groggy. When I entered the Tim’s we were greeted immediately even though we weren’t ready to order. But once we ordered our Jalapeño bagel toasted with butter and cheddar cheese, and a large hazelnut cold brew, the two bagels were done...

Really like the morning team here, very efficient , pleasant and welcoming but the evening team is horrible , they gave me a cold steep tea I asked them to change it but they told me it is how it is they can’t do anything ,the short lady I think the supervisor told me this is how it tastes seriously as a regular customer they are arguing with me . I had steep teas from this location many times and I know it definitely tastes better here.
