Tito’s Pizza and Wings

Owner has 0 service skills and is very rude. Pizza is medioker at best. 0/10 recommend them.

Been coming to this store for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the pizza is consistent and great. Not to mention the quick service and amazing price. Definitely one of my favourite places in Cambridge, especially since it's only a block away from my house and I have fond memories of going there with friends and family growing up.

Rating this one star as the pizza quality has changed over the last few months. Prices have also went which isn’t great, but whatever. However don’t decrease the quality of the pizza. we were regulars here, but I don’t think we will be back now because it is just not what it was. Very upset.

Pizza is good and order cause it is in our neighbourhood. Deliver driver is extremely rude and very disrespectful every time. I almost never want to order delivery from them again. Called and complained to owner. If the delivery guy doesn’t want his job then he should quit instead of bullying the customers.

We order from Titos quite often and love their pizza and wing. They are priced quite well and good value.
They only have take out though, so prepare accordingly.

I went to the website to place a delivery order. I typed in my address and it populated the CLOSEST LOCATION for delivery, which is this Cambridge location. After placing a LARGE order, I recieve a phone call from the location asking if I can come pick it up. I stated no, I placed an order for delivery. The man on the phone proceeded to tell me that they could not deliver to me because I was too far away and I was "out of their jurisdiction". He said I should have ordered from the location in my city (Kitchener). I stated that a) the cambridge location is actually closer to me as I am on the boarder, and b) the website does not allow me to change locations as it populated the location that is closest for delivery!! I then said that if it was an issue, to cancel the order. He man said he could not cancel since I had already paid. (Which lead me to question what the point of the phone call was anyway!!!) He then asked for directions, and when I suggested he use Google maps or a GPS. He stated he did not have access to those. (Really!?!) I then started to provide the quickest route to take when he interrupted me and told me "oh I won't be going THAT way"!! To summarize, this location is incredibly difficult to deal with. I felt like my 13 year old could offer better customer service. To be honest, I prefer the kitchener location as they have always been friendly and have fabulous customer service. I would have absolutely ordered from that location, except that the website will not allow me to change it since it is not recognized as the closest. Head office needs to adjust this on their website if this is an issue for the franchise locations. I will not be giving business to this location in the future, or using the website. Abismol.

Unfortunately not what it used to be. After moving back to the area I decided to try Tito’s again. Pizza was not cut through, or evenly. Pizza is centre loaded heavily, the store has the same uncleaned hockey card machine from when I was a kid, so I can’t imagine how the kitchen looks. I was told dips were in my box and they weren’t, when I called to check the employee said I should have grabbed them and hung up. What fun experience I paid 33 dollars for. Definitely not what you remember. Save your time and go to Dominos.

Most times when I went in to buy 1or 2 slices to take out, selection was minimal to none. Even during prime time dinner hours.

Our favourite local pizza joint. Go here all the time. When we moved to cambridge we tried so many local places, and were disappointed with all of them. Tito's scratched the itch.

Worst delivery diver I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve had bad one old white guy comes and begs for extra tips and then when I needed to transfer money cuz my card was acting up he said “not that hard to have Cash on you” multiple times I’ve called the store at least more then 5 times about this and the guy always says “ ohh I’ve had multiple complaints I’ll talk to him” and nothings ever done just by switching a driver for a acouple orders isn’t dealing with the problem last thing to do is call head office with video of him banging on the door for tips then cussing him front of kids cuz he isn’t satisfied with a tip (usually $10) even though he drove 5 mins down the street
