Potentially one of the most confused and incompetent employees I’ve even dealt with working at a pizza place. This team struggles with the most basic instructions and seems inconvenienced by you ordering pizza. Save yourself the headache and order from some where else.

Poor service. Ordered a pizza for lunch at 10:53am for delivery at 12:00pm. Pizza showed up at 12:26pm. My lunch is from 12 to 12:30pm. Called the store and they gave my a run around. Offered a free pizza for the next day which is useless to me. Also asked for plates and napkins which I never received. Poor customer service. Had to give it away to other people since my lunch was over. Waste of $30 (unfortunately I paid online with credit card so could not even refuse the order).
Twice the Deal is a roulette on the quality of pizza you get. Some days it's well made. Other days they skimp on dough thickness and toppings. The prices are decent, which is why I keep coming back. But the quality control could use some work.

DO NOT ORDER. WORST PIZZA AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is legitimately the worst place I’ve ever ordered pizza from. 1st time I ordered it arrived almost an hour late and was undercooked/not edible. Was given a credit begrudgingly and AGAIN 1.5hrs for a delivery and the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It can’t be that hard to make a decent pizza. NEVER AGAIN.

Pizza was very delicious, I did the walk in special! Was ready in 15 mins with the perfect amount of cheese /pepperoni for me & best part, it was nice & hot! The 2 men there was really nice too with fun attitudes!
