U know if they were busy could see mistakes but they managed to screw up a baconator by forgetting the bacon shows incompetence will never go that one on Hesperia rd again an never suggest that place to no one

Clean, quiet, good fresh food. Employees aren't the most friendly but everything else makes up for it.
Yet to be at any Wendy's location that wasn't clean, quiet and good fresh food. Yum yum!!

Went through the drive thru for Breakfast, ordered a combo. Coffee was cold (I had to go back and they replaced it with warmer coffee still not hot) when I opened up the breakfast sandwich it too was not hot, tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for some time bacon was tougher than shoe leather, it should be noted there was no one was in the drive thru line when I went through, there is no reason to be served cold food.

You get the correct order eventually but 3 times now I have gone through the drive through and there are headset issues or the order isn't ready. Staff is nice but not overly competent

Am Very disgusted in my last 5 experiences with this windys location. My food has never been warm enough to eat. The staff dont care About customer service you'll wait for cold food. Then get a turned stumic watching drive trough employees pick their donky behind. I will never be attending this location again. Thought every place has their cons But there is no care here. Used to be long time customer. Do not recommend. Save your money for another Wendy's

I ordered a few burgers, and spent 60$ on the order. And they didn’t send the drink then I called my dasher and he said that store didn’t have that drink so at least they could send a different drink, very disappointed. Don’t order from Wendy’s

I have so many things to say but i’ll keep it short
1. I suggest turning off your headsets in between customers, we don’t want to hear what is going on inside and it’s obnoxious pulling up the the drive thru with that happening
2. if i a customer tells you “i actually order a regular” you don’t respond “no you said strawberry”, apologize for your mistake?? it happens but when you give a customer attitude for no reason it leave a bad taste in their mouth
3. if you don’t like your job you know you don’t have to work there right??? the attitude from beginning to end of the transaction was beyond me, i’ve had bad days too but you don’t treat customers like that especially when you had made a mistake !
