So discussing!!! Long black hair in our fries. $35 for 2 combos only to be so disgusted we tossed the whole meal when we got home. 🤢🤮

We typically order through the drive-thru and the ladies working are always friendly and helpful. Today I was served by Parmi at the window and she was provided wonderful service after there was a miscommunication with hearing my order. She was apologetic and re-confirmed in a friendly manner and further did not mind that I needed to add another item to my order (after my young daughter requested). The entire staff here is always very nice. Special thanks to Parmi!

We ordered 4 meals and got home to realize that all 4 pops were gross. We tried calling but there was no answer so we left a message. Still waiting for some kind of response

Terrible service, they don't attend to you if you pay in cash, they tell you they don't have change, they treat you badly, very rude. I walked 29 minutes from my house for my dinner, a terrible experience. I will never eat at that restaurant again. The guy who served me was a very rude man with glasses. 9:50 pm on Saturday
Service is horrible! Ordered from kios, no onion no pickle, extra tomato. Open the burger, onion and pickle inside. I take the burger to the counter. Staff was completely into chatting with co-worker in their native language loudly, ignored me. Try couple times of excuse me. Finally got attention. Told her the problem. 1st reaction she said we did it by the order and she turn the order screen to me which I can see it says no onion, no pickle. The same time I think staff noticed that too. She turn the screen away and said it’s ok we will make you a new one, which means still my problem, no apologies. Make it seems like your fault and you are annoying but we will make you a new one. After she hand me the new burger. I left the wrong burger on the counter. The staff point to the burger with her finger and said put it to the garbage. No please no excuse me, really rude. I am so upset and I have to write this to let it out. I don’t care if ppl sees this. But this is not the Wendys I used to go.
Plus 3-4 staff in a not busy time chatting loudly instead off cleaning the garbage bins. The whole time when they serve me they are talking in their own language didn’t say one word to me didn’t tell me the order number I just assume that’s my order.

Seriously so disappointed. Given this location many chances and we are done. Three of our 4 burgers were ice cold. The poutine was un edible as it was so salty. Burgers just have no flavour anymore and when my husband asked for our missing poutine he was given attitude. Won’t be returning.
Absolutely disgusting. The tables, pop machine, service area and washrooms are extremely filthy. I sat at the cleanest table for over an hour and didn't see 1 employee clean anything
Instead they just stood around talking when not serving customers. Hopefully I don't get sick. I won't be back. Gross

Friday Aug 15 2025 9am. The most disgusting food and service ever. Called to asked why my sausage was completely black and ended up in a shouting match over the phone. Suppose to be a croissant egg sausage. 🙄

I used to love Wendy's, but when I went recently with my family we didn't have the best time.. the staff were nice but when we got home with our food it was really cold and not warm like it would usually be. We didn't think anything of it and ate it but all ended up getting food poisoning from it.
My guess is the staff pre-cooked stuff and left it out thinking it would be okay to serve. However even cooked/left out food has a time limit before it shouldn't be served to customers. (Speaking from experience as a cook/chef)

Food and drive thru is fine but days where we feel like dining in every time there is an unpleasant smell in the store. Not sure if they are using dirty mop or harsh chemical cleaner but its not enjoyable to dine in
