The fries were so dry and cold that I assume they had been sitting out for hours.

Seriously so disappointed. Given this location many chances and we are done. Three of our 4 burgers were ice cold. The poutine was un edible as it was so salty. Burgers just have no flavour anymore and when my husband asked for our missing poutine he was given attitude. Won’t be returning.

Absolutely disgusting. The tables, pop machine, service area and washrooms are extremely filthy. I sat at the cleanest table for over an hour and didn't see 1 employee clean anything
Instead they just stood around talking when not serving customers. Hopefully I don't get sick. I won't be back. Gross

Friday Aug 15 2025 9am. The most disgusting food and service ever. Called to asked why my sausage was completely black and ended up in a shouting match over the phone. Suppose to be a croissant egg sausage. 🙄

I used to love Wendy's, but when I went recently with my family we didn't have the best time.. the staff were nice but when we got home with our food it was really cold and not warm like it would usually be. We didn't think anything of it and ate it but all ended up getting food poisoning from it.
My guess is the staff pre-cooked stuff and left it out thinking it would be okay to serve. However even cooked/left out food has a time limit before it shouldn't be served to customers. (Speaking from experience as a cook/chef)

Food and drive thru is fine but days where we feel like dining in every time there is an unpleasant smell in the store. Not sure if they are using dirty mop or harsh chemical cleaner but its not enjoyable to dine in

Just wanted some fries and a frosty. Couldn’t even deliver on that.
Didn’t even get the frosty as it was totally melted amd the fries …well…keep reading.
Please stop adding copious amounts of salt to your food. It’s absolutely disgusting. It’s not Wendy’s, it’s only this location. So unless if you want a coronary attack, don’t eat here. Service is ….ok as the people here don’t speak much English or know what’s going on outside any of the buttons they have to push. And the food, as you guessed it, is salty AF. They even put salt in the chicken strips, burgers etc. more than what’s already on the food. This was my last chance Ive given this location. Sadly fast food has only gotten more disgusting over the years. More than it needs to be.

Pretty good Wendy's location. Wendy's is Wendy's, you know what you're getting - this review is based on other Wendy's experiences.

Overall the service at this location is very impressive. Quick to take orders at the cash, clean dining room and outdoor patio area. I used to work close-by, and frequented here after they opened. I once spilled a drink on the floor, and they were very quick to clean it up (I apologized and offered to clean it myself. They refused and even offered me a new drink).

Recently I revisited, and had a very unique order due to a new temporary diet restriction. I ordered on a self-serve kiosk, and they made my order perfectly, with no questions, exactly as I was hoping. Even providing a knife and fork without request! The food is great. Hot, fresh, made with care (not just thrown together like at other fast food chains). I've not had a bad meal from this location.

The only issues I've had so far at this location are the self-serve kiosks only work at the best of times. I'd argue 4/10 times coming here, neither kiosk works. But that's a technology malfunction, not staff error. Same with the Coca Cola refreshment station (with all the additional add-in flavors). You're lucky if half of the flavors are working. And while this is a small issue - if your machine is supposed to work a certain way, it should be expected to work that way more often than not. However these are super minor, and easily overlooked. Additionally, the dining room is quite small - likely due to the outdoor patio area being available. But this is an obvious problem during the Canadian winters when you can't sit outside...

But overall, this is a great location with great service, food, and a clean dining room. I recommend this location if you're in the area, and looking for a quick, hot meal!

Quality of food has absolutely gone down hill. Orders are often incorrect, and food is not hot, even when eaten immediately. Customer service is terrible and some staff come off as completely miserable. Wendy’s used to be a go-to for me for a quick and tasty meal, sadly I won’t be returning.

Consistently good service, very quick food preparation, clean dining room, nice place. Food is fresh and hot. Bathroom is ok, not great, but better than most fast food restaurants. This review is based on three visits over a one week period, one during dinner rush. The afternoon/evening supervisor or manager does a great job, they are always hustling and the staff seem well organized and calm and quick.
