Second time I got a completely melted frosty from the drive through. I didn’t open it until I got home and I’m not going to drive all the way back. I didn’t get a receipt but I think they charged be wrong. Since when does a small frosty cost $3?

Lady on Sept 25/24 @ 7:51am handled all the cash and coin had gloves on both hands during the entire transaction. Same lady then made both my biscuit and wrap with the exact same gloves on! I told her the food handling mistake. Lady offered replacements, I declined. Explained I personally don't care. However, most people would be very made and possibly even rude to her. Education is key employers.

When they first opened the food was amazing!
But now a few months have gone by and its such a greesy mess I've gotten physically sick after eating, I don't understand how a burger can drown a whole bag of food in grease to the point its leaking on my lap in the car.
I think I'm officially discussed enough to stop eatting wendys all togather, witch I am frustrated about because I appreciate the fact the toppings are always so fresh, but they now always get ruined by how much grease is seeping off the patty every time now. I am hoping for this to change.

Dietary restrictions: I've had it happen 3 times at this location where they completely disregard the customization options. I've had to drive back to get my order changed because the store number is not connected. This is a major inconvenience due to my allergies.

First issue was one day got a spoiled apple juice, they did substitute for another drink that was fine, then today ordered two breakfast sandwiches combos and they forgot the potatoes, it was too inconvenient to go back this time. But I probably won't be back twice burned.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was completely raw in the middle. Received a refund but it's a huge health risk to be served raw chicken.

Nice staff but they tend to get distracted to one another instead of working. This has made me wait longer than needed and have had them forget things. The lobby closes early often so thankfully there is an a&w near by.

I went to Wendy’s to get some cinnamon buns and I go and open the bag after it took 30 minutes to get and there is no icing on the cinnamon bun there were no utensils in the bag and all I had was a cinnamon bun and it took so long for no reason

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly they were using bad language and pee was all over the seats
