How can, seven workers be so disorganized? The store wasn't even busy. I was completely ignored for 5 minutes before I could order. There was 2 people waiting for food before me and they kept messing up there orders. And there was only one or 2 cars waiting for food. I have never seen a team of people work so poorly together. They all need retraining. I only ordered one burger and it was cold. Hope they get the help they need.

Standard fast food burger fare and with fresh burgers (specifically Bacon Mushroom Melt) delicious fries in a newly built restaurant, it was exactly what we expected.We're going back again for another meal; until they take The BMM off the menu.

My wife and I ordered through Skip the dishes. We wanted a nice sunday breakfast at home. The biscuit breakfast sandwich is the best. She has never had one so we order it (see picture below) we received two croissant sandwiches. Wendys, you need to read the order before making them. This is unacceptable!! Someone can be harmed if orders aren’t followed. Do better.

Another chain going down the toilet. The staff at these chain restaurants are rude and unfriendly. The food was slapped together in a sloppy manner. The facilities aren't clean.

Extremely dissatisfied with the resolution that this location had come up with, after albeit an accident on my part. Ordered a meal from this location via the app by mistake as I’m not from the city of Cambridge. When I called this location to see if there was a way to cancel/transfer or refund the order and I was told the only thing I can do to not waste the money I just spent is drive to their store and get it back. I understand tech limitations however I find it extremely hard to believe this is the best and only solution for a customer. I was not offered any other service numbers or contacts and to be honest it took quite a few phone calls to get someone back. Tried to give them a call to get my order number because in addition to the app not allowing me to cancel the order, it also doesn’t specify any order numbers and they decided not to give me a call back as well. Personally, I would skip this location and just drive up Hespeler road for a bit more friendly and helpful service. The taste in my mouth honestly probably wouldn’t be as sour if it seemed like anyone at that location wanted to actually help me.
