Thickkk milkshakes! Fulfilled my cravings. Lots of flavours of Shaw's ice cream to choose from. They do scoops, ice cream sandwhiches and cakes. They also have soda and lemonade. A few tables to sit at on the inside too. Would recommend.

Amazing place for ice cream! Soooo tasty and delicious. The best is the waffle cone. It's super crunchy. Hope the good service and nice flavours will keep forever!

First of all the guy working there was so nice greated us in a very respectful way. Than he gave me and my family free spoons for samples the samples were not even a thing. I got the waffle cone sweet and salty pretzel ice cream so good. It was so cheap even with no special events or stuff like that just normal prices and the cheapest in Waterloo. The seating was so amazing and nice had a really good vibe the place kinda gave me Japanese vibes. By far has been my favorite ice cream parlour in all of the world. #my favorite place for cheat days

Staff are always lovely - so courteous and friendly! Truly the best. I appreciate having Scoops in our community, providing families with good value and high quality, affordable treats. The cakes are great too!
I discovered Westside Scoops and Shakes in July and have been back a few times since. The flavour options are great and I appreciate the dairy-free ones (as I'm lactose intolerant). The staff are great and always friendly. I was there yesterday evening, and the gentleman behind the counter has serviced me a few times now and he's the best. He always has a smile on his face and has great customer service!
If you come, you won't regret it!
