Food was nearly 40 min later than it was estimated at. Food was cold when arrived. Wings, poppers and bites were still good, garlic bread (stale)was absolutely gross and so was the fries. (Cold and old) Delivery guy walked across my garden and Christmas decorations, no idea why he didn't park in the driveway and come up the path.

They are scamming money and portions. A week ago I got a 2 on wing order, there was 26 wings. Today I ordered 3 lbs of wings and received 26 wings…. For an entire lb of wings, I only got 2 lbs??? It is worth noting that the presentation was drastically different. I got 2 lbs wings in a neat row and these were tossed in and messy (to look like there were more in the box). I’d note, I got smaller wings than previous as well, and despite me asking for Mostly flats it was equal parts.
It’s worse, noting that the first time I ordered I ordered direct with the store, the second time I ordered I ordered with Uber. They are scamming their Uber customers if not all of their customers. But it makes this look very obvious that they are scamming Uber. Uber will be getting as much information as I can give them,
Another note to make, was that with Uber they do their own delivery person rather than an Uber delivery person. This means you can’t change the tip once you’ve entered it at the time of ordering. You also cannot track when they are on their way. So they have the opportunity to lie. Here’s how I know that they lied: I was given the delivery time between 7:25 and 7;45. I placed the order at 6:50. This establishment is a five minute Google Drive to my house. One 7:45 came, I called the restaurant to ask for an update. The person on the phone said they had not gotten to my order yet. They said that the order would not be picked up for a bit as a driver was still out. And when he returned, he would pick up my order. I asked if I would be the very first delivery or if I had to wait for others. He stumbled on his words and said “yes ma’am, you’ll get your order.” I said that didn’t answer my question, but how much longer are you expecting it to be. He then says you should have it any minute because he has your order out. I did tell him that that is not what he just said and for him to explain what he’s trying to say now. Because he’s contradicting himself. He then says that the driver has already been out with the order and it should be there any minute. That I am the very first delivery as I am the one closest to their store and that He checked again, and my food was gone. And then proceed to wait 20 more minutes for my food.
The first order of placed a week ago, we went for our pick up time per the order online. it was a 50 minute wait we figured that was adequate time. When we got to the store, they turned around and said. It would be another 15 minutes. They have never started cooking.
Long story short, do not order food from here. The employees lie and they scam.

I've always been a fan of the WingsUp! franchise, and this location absolutely lived up to my expectations. The food was fresh, the wedges were perfectly seasoned with Cajun spice, and the wings were extra saucy-just the way I like them. My family really appreciated the quality and great service. Big thanks to the team-I'll definitely be ordering again!

Tried the Honey Garlic Wings from WingsUp! Cambridge suggested by a guy over there and I’m officially obsessed! These wings are crispy, juicy, and absolutely drenched in that sticky-sweet honey garlic sauce. The flavor is addictive — sweet with a kick of garlic that hits all the right notes. Perfect for wing nights, cravings, or honestly… any excuse. Portion size was great too, super satisfying. If you’re in Cambridge and love saucy wings, this one’s a no-brainer. WingsUp! never disappoints!
