I used to be regular customer here. But the way they made my sandwich last time is joke. I ordered mozerella tomato sandwiche.! Where is mozzarella? Very little amount for $13. Not worth the price anymore.

The place was empty and very relaxing. I got the pesto grilled Cheese and it was so good! Went perfectly with the tomato soup :) the bathrooms were also crazy clean, looked like no one ever went in there! The employee was really helpful explaining the menu for us and was excited it was our first time there. Definitely recommend coming here

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received. The staff seemed consistently slow, and it impacted the overall dining experience negatively. There were noticeable delays in taking orders and delivering food to the tables. Furthermore, the staff's behavior lacked a level of professionalism. It was evident that the staff was not well-trained, leading to errors and misunderstandings. This lack of efficiency and decorum created a frustrating environment for the customers. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the restaurant's reputation. I believe that improving staff training would greatly improve the dining experience.

Paid 12 for a sandwich and it has 2 tomato’s and used bacon bits not bacon strips, by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had this place either needs to go back to how it was 4 years ago or close their doors

This place used to be 5 stars , I went there today , service sucked no acknowledgment I was standing there waiting or anyone , I spoke up and he said sorry you will need to wait more , this is on lunch and you are more worried about online orders then the people in front of you ??? This was the worst service I have ever seen in my years of going there , it will be very hard for me to go back with my business when you didn't even care we were walking out . Very disappointed Zoups got back to me and asked me to return to make it right , wow I was impressed, service was great food was great , I want to say I will be going back always great job in turning this bad experience into a great one Thanks

Used to love this place. I was first in line and somehow spent more than half of my 30 min lunch waiting for the guy to microwave my mac and cheese. He was prioritizing packing online orders and I didnt appreciate it at all. Watching him pack the bags so slow is actuallt painful. Sadly I hate the service here
Apr 4/25 - no service whatsoever!!! Stood there for at least 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. A large order was there excuse, but not one of them made eye contact or said they'd be with us. Used to be a great place to eat. Very disappointed!

This place is a gem. The fact you can taste test the soups means I've never been disappointed. I'm always surprised by how rich and flavourful they are. The jalapeno mac and cheese is also ridiculously good. It's surprisingly difficult to do mac and cheese well, but they've nailed it.
If I would suggest anything it would be more eco-friendly options for cutlery and bowls. I feel bad using plastic cups just to taste test and using disposable bowls when dining in.

Only slightly disappointed. My sister and I had ordered dinner over Uber with the total being $52.60, $2.99 of that being the deliver charge. We both got the 2 picks option, I got the flatbread and grilled cheese with a brownie, she got the sandwich and a soup. We were both disappointed with the serving size to price ratio, maybe I’m crazy and that’s just the price of takeout for certain spots now.
