I ordered soup and sandwich. Soup was ok nothing special. Sandwich was quite horrible. It was dry, there was barely anything in it. I paid $26 for both. Definitely not worth it.

I usually love this place, but today I was running behind so I thought I’d buy two grilled cheeses for my kids . They wrapped the up to put into the bag, and when I got them home I literally had to PEEL, and scrape the paper off of their food because it was stuck so bad.

The soup is always delicious, and the staff is very friendly.
Soups are good but the size of the piece of bread you get with a cup of soup is pretty sad. I would expect double the current size.

Zoup is a great spot for a cozy soup and sandwich meal. The Loaded Potato Soup was delicious — rich, flavorful, and definitely the highlight. The Wedding Soup was decent, though not quite the traditional Italian version I was expecting.
The only thing that could use improvement is the ordering system. It’s a bit confusing since there isn’t a clear flow — people end up cutting ahead or ordering in different spots. It would be much smoother if there was one clear place to order/sample at the same time , and then pay.
Also noticed they’ve changed their bread type and portion — I personally preferred the old version.
Overall, still a solid experience and worth coming back for the soups!
