The soup is good but too expensive. They have regular and premium soups and price based on which one you choose and the size. Not sure how chicken noodle is considered a premium though it's broth, chicken, veggies and noodlesđ€·

Got a Pick 2 Combo with a soup and sandwich. I ordered the loaded baked potato soup which was good. But the sandwich was inedible, they advertised the turkey bacon club with bacon, usually youâd think that meant bacon strips. Nope they put crunchy inedible bacon bits on the sandwich. Would advise not ordering this sandwich. Staff would not offer a refund for the sandwich. Spent $20 on a 1/2 sabdwich and soup

I asked them for 2 sandwiches: one was spicy and the other wasn't because I get very bad allergic reactions to spicy foods. They gave me two of the same sandwiches, both being the spicy one. I called them and they said the that girl that did the order made a mistake and offered me a refund if i went back to the store. Are you kidding me?! I am more than 20 minutes away and it is snowing like crazy outside. You better just teach your CARELESS employees to pay attention the first time.

They have gotten rid of the good sandwiches here. The lobster bisque is watered down, The bread is like half of what they gave you before and even the spoon is like small and flimsy. Total new ownership terrible job folks wonât be back again.

I used to frequent Zoup! But havenât been in a couple years due to relocation. Just order off of Uber Eats while visiting family and boy, they have really gone down hill!
The Gumbo: low quality meat and the âbrothâ was closer to a gravy and completely inedible. Didnât resemble a gumbo in the slightest.
The Hot Italian Sandwich: very sad sandwich for $14. See picture/description on the app versus what I actually received.
For a place that solely specializes is soup and sandwiches, they canât seem to do either right. I would avoid visiting this location if in the area. Over priced and low quality ingredients that impact the flavour, taste and presentation.

I ordered soup and sandwich. Soup was ok nothing special. Sandwich was quite horrible. It was dry, there was barely anything in it. I paid $26 for both. Definitely not worth it.

I usually love this place, but today I was running behind so I thought Iâd buy two grilled cheeses for my kids . They wrapped the up to put into the bag, and when I got them home I literally had to PEEL, and scrape the paper off of their food because it was stuck so bad.
