This place used to be 5 stars , I went there today , service sucked no acknowledgment I was standing there waiting or anyone , I spoke up and he said sorry you will need to wait more , this is on lunch and you are more worried about online orders then the people in front of you ??? This was the worst service I have ever seen in my years of going there , it will be very hard for me to go back with my business when you didn't even care we were walking out . Very disappointed

This place is a gem. The fact you can taste test the soups means I've never been disappointed. I'm always surprised by how rich and flavourful they are. The jalapeno mac and cheese is also ridiculously good. It's surprisingly difficult to do mac and cheese well, but they've nailed it.

If I would suggest anything it would be more eco-friendly options for cutlery and bowls. I feel bad using plastic cups just to taste test and using disposable...

Used to come here all the time but I was nervous to try it again after reading recent reviews. I got baked potato + bacon soup, turkey bacon club and an order of mac and cheese. Menu is exactly the same as before. Everything tasted great and exactly how it used to! Only thing I noticed is on the turkey bacon club they use bacon crumble now instead of real bacon strips like they used to. That was a little off putting but everything else was good
