I've been going to Captain Georges Fish & Chips every time I'm in or passing through Campbellford, ON for over 20 years. The food is Always Awesome. Large Helpings of tasty fish in an excellent, crispy batter. Today I wanted 2 pcs of Cod with Fries. Apparently the cook (owner) thought the pcs of fish were small so he gave me 3 pcs. No argument from me of course. I highly recommend this specific location for Captain Georges Fish & Chips. Whether you live there...
I would definitely recommend going to Captain George's Fish & Chips in Campbellford! The service is very nice and welcoming. And the food is honestly very good. I've tried many fish and chip places, but none were as good as Captain George's.
The service is amazing, the food is phenomenal! I use 3 homemade tartar sauces for a 1 piece(huge pieces)and it's my favorite! The poutine is also a must, as well as the shrimp! Very generous portions! You're the best!!! ??
