Excellent staff and products. The white bag leftover stuffing is incredible and they always make you stuff more in.

OMG!
Definitely worth a drive to Campbellford!
Such lovely, friendly, organized & patient staff!!
Other baked goods to choose from, cookies, pies, bread, etc., perfect for Christmas gifts, parties, etc.
We had the apple fritter, cream filled, strawberry tart & maple. All soo yummy!
There are 2 tables to sit & enjoy, coffee is also offered.

Recommended dishes: Whipped Cream Filled Donut

So many fresh tasty options to choose from. Make sure you show up early to get the good stuff. Definitely a favorite stop off when I'm in town

I visited the highly talked-about Old Town Donut Shop (Dooher’s bakery) from Belleville, hoping for a great experience, but it was disappointing from start to finish. First, the place was incredibly crowded with a long wait, and the atmosphere felt chaotic. When I finally got my hotdog rolls, it was clear it hadn’t been warmed up at all, which really took away from the enjoyment.
To add to the frustration, they didn’t have a reliable debit machine, making the checkout process slow and inconvenient. But the worst part was the customer service — the lady who served me (half a dozen donuts and coffee) was extremely rude, with zero regard for basic politeness. It felt like they just wanted to rush people in and out without actually caring about the customer experience.
Overall, it was far from the welcoming, cozy spot I’d expected. With poor service, improperly prepared food, and a lack of basic amenities, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for an enjoyable or friendly experience.

Doohers - please do better!!

Went there and at 2pm it was all bare shelves, 6 items total on all of the shelves, which tells me it's poor management

Run out of stock of basically everything with more than 2 hours left of posted open hours

Walked out with nothing but a waste of time

Been to plenty of other bakeries and never walked out empty handed before today

Other bakeries will make enough donuts to last their entire posted hours, and anything left over sold at bulk and discount as day old or given to local shelters/food banks

A very popular bakery, and it's understandable! The only problem you'll have is choosing what NOT to buy!
