Every time we go there (which is not often now at all), something always gets left out or, in this case (which is the 3rd time now) we pull up to the order box and they say "we'll be right with you". We wait, and then someone pulls into the next order box and they help them first!! Like I said, this has happened 3 times now and I feel it is completely unacceptable. Not only does that make you feel like a fool for even going in to order, but being put last in place when you were there before the other party. We've had several orders placed and when we leave, something is always missing. One time, I ordered two bacon and cheese hamburgers and when I got home there was no bacon so I called to let them know. The manager asked for my address so she could send me some coupons for free - never got them and never went back because we live out of town. So, in my honest opinion, this mcdonalds was a joke coming to Campbellford. Won't be going back.

Fries were cold and SUPER Salty,double hamburger ( x 2) burger was really really over cooked and bun was stale to far to return so through in garage!!!! Not returning soon or at all.
Absolutely the worst Mcdonalds! The service is terrible! Ordered a coffee Carafe this morning which I fully expected to wait for, the gitl at ghe speaker extremely annoyed says ' Im gonna tell u right now, Your gonna have to wait for that and its going to be wait, I said Yes im aware I dont Mind..she again said mlre annoyed this time..well ur gonna have to come up here and pay for it and then pull over and wait in the parking lot for I dont know how long...I also ordered an egg mcmuffin, i got to the window and asked if i could have my mcmuffin to eat while I waited for the coffee to which i got 'I told u you needed to wait..pull around and park'... when I got my coffee the girl came to the window and basically threw the carafe at me and said heres ur coffee and the bag has everything else.. she then rolled her eyes and walked away...

Horrible, horrible, horrible…took 25 mins to get through the drive-thru and was sooo frustrated at the order window as the cashier for the lane beside me took 3 orders while I waited to order in my lane! Not the first time that has happened…makes me wonder about the management ?

Brutal. Every time the drive thru is a park and wait. I ordered a sandwich in an empty drive thru line and still got parked. Training or Personel issue but this is crazy
