Really shocked by this location. There’s a billion 1 star reviews, and they can’t seem to see the issue?! The food quality was terrible I waited 25 minutes for my single breakfast sandwich combo, only to get the wrong order. Brought it back got the correct order, only for all the food to be absolutely disgusting. They agreed and couldn’t figure out why my food looked so terrible. McDonald’s corporate office needs to do an audit on their quality practices. I’ve never had such a bad meal at a McDonald’s and I drove 30 minutes to get here too. Sadly I’m going to work hungry today. I’m done giving this mega company my Money and time. The entire process has now taken 45 minutes out of my day. They only refunded me for the sandwich too. The entire order should have been refunded for my troubles. Do better.

Painfully slow, no explanation, no apology, just give us your money for cold, soggy food. I expect very little from McDonald’s but fast-food with reasonable service should be basic. This location fails on all fronts. P.S. I don’t care if they’re “just kids”, the mgmt isn’t - train better, be human.

Very clean, friendly staff and service was quick. Fries were almost cold and were slightly undercooked. Two kids meals, Big Mac meal and two chicken burgers plus an extra large fries and all the fries were like that. Other than that a pretty good location

I arrived at this McDonald’s Drive-Thru at 6:00 AM, when it’s supposed to open, and waited 30 minutes with no service. When I finally drove around the pylon to the window, an employee rudely scolded me instead of serving me.
If the Drive-Thru isn’t going to open on time, that should be made clear. I’ve also seen staff showing up late for work and rushing inside well after 6:00 AM. It’s unprofessional and frustrating as a paying customer.

McDonalds in Campbellford is both friendly and provided good service. They are heros in this town in my humble opinion as they provided a lot of desperate people in need with food during the horrific ice storm and power outage. The staff handle the crowd very well and it made the difference. Returning home with McDonalds breakfast to a house running on a generator with limited capacity and fuel made me a hero to my wife and two five year olds .....and the Filet o Fish Sandwich is still excellent. I come from a fishing town and it has been consistently good since I worked at a UK McDonalds 34 years ago.
