Got there 5$ meal deal place wasn't busy at all but it took 5 minutes to get my order and the fries were cold. Should have went to chicken kingdom, there fast and the food is hot.

It's McDonalds - it is what it is. Fairly fast, fairly good, convenient beyond measure and the kids LOVE it! Super happy to have a new McDonalds near home, which makes it that much more comvenient

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for TWO burgers even though there was only 2 other cars. when we finally received our food it was cold, disgustingly greasy, looked like someone just threw all the ingredients in the box along with a gross pink coloured hair. definitely NOT coming back this is ridiculous.
Only good thing i have to say about the place is the worker at the window (i think her name was hailey) was very apologetic about the wait and definitely should’ve had more help then she did.

Disappointed. Had a coupon for a meal, ordered Big Mac meal and a McDouble. Waited 5 minutes, live 5 minutes away and Big Mac was cold, fries were cold and got a cheeseburger instead of a McDouble, also cold.

When I found that I was missing a McDouble from my order, Melissa was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I got one later in the day when I showed her my receipt. She was so helpful, even when it was swamped. 10/10 for a busy manager! 😊

Waited 15 minutes for a big Mac meal and the Big Mac was Full of hair dry there is no middle bun there was a tomato on my big Mac I asked for a root beer, but it tasted like a Pepsi never come to this, McDonald’s it’s worth the drive to Campbellford

Wanted to put in a good word for Hailey. Went in on Dec 28th and it was pretty busy. Hailey was very helpful (I had to change my order twice because I messed up) and she did it happily. She was working in all areas, cash, french fries, customer service, all quickly and with a smile on her face.
I can honestly understand when there’s a rush, it gets busy. What I don’t understand is most days they have 7+ employees working in the back and I’m waiting almost 30 minuets for my food.

This is the worst McDonald’s for getting your order wrong or not getting entire order. I only went there if I had to go to Toronto for appointments. I would go thru drive thru for breakfast, always order Egg McMuffin, 2 hash browns and black coffee. Only one hashbrown most times(now I check before leaving) coffee usually comes with cream and sugar. One time my egg McMuffin didn’t have an egg on it.

had a hair in my poutine Spouse was told it was cheese then said oh its a fluff and then my spouse pulled it out of the poutine and was like nope its a hair. Staff were extremely rude, said thank you with no response just a dirty look, continued to say it was different things, they finally replaced it but needless to say I lost my apetite First time I've ever been there and ill never be back
EDIT went back a second time did drive thru this time figured why not try it again only place open this late at night close by bad idea mcdouble was cooked on a dirty grill had black chunks all over it

Staff are great, but 3 times my pop has been like water. Today I ordered a bacon & egg bagel, they put a sauce I was unfamiliar with on it(didn’t taste right). Check your food before you leave.
