This place is barely a few years old and should already be shut down. I’ve gone here numerous times since opening and have had maybe two good meals. The last few times over the last few months, it’s been disgustingly poor. There’s no staff working the counter consistently. The orders are cleared from their boards before being served to help their serve time stats. This has created confusion on several occasions, with staff putting out orders that were already sent out.The short portly girl with dyed red hair and tattoos has the absolute worst attitude of anyone there. Any questions about wait time are met with sarcastic ignorant comments borderlining the verbal abuse they have signs all over the store about, she needs to be fired. She’s even mouthed off to other family members, and is well known for her poor attitude.Yesterday, we spent 15 minutes waiting for two fries and drinks, watching customers who ordered after us getting the same items in their meals and leaving. Tried to get red hairs attention and she looked at me and walked away. Again, she needs to be fired.Save time and money, and go to a local restaurant instead. The staff will be much more appreciative or not just their jobs, but your patronage.

If I could leave less then 1 star I would. I can not believe how awful they made food. I ordered a quarter pounder blt. No pickles no onions not even any sauce, And to add to that I had a half slice of tomato. Sad.

What's the point of even having this here......its always closer or they are quote "doing a shift change"". Extremely slow walk in service as well. Make your own coffee and lunch so you don't have to deal with it.

This is 100% the worst McDonald’s. My boyfriend and I only come to this location because everything else in town closes pretty early, and almost every time we question why we go back. Seriously, do managers even exist here? If they even have the items you want, you’re likely being pulled into a spot from the drive thru and waiting at least 10 mins. I once watched the milkshake I ordered sit on the counter for 15 mins before I had to ask for it, which at that point it was pretty much melted. The longest we’ve ever waited was 45mins for a pre-paid online order, and when we got to the store the employee didn’t even know how to process it - I had to tell her how. (I’ve never worked for McDonald’s). Tonight, we went through the drive thru, got to the window and *paid*, then waited 5mins before the girl handed us our food and said the cheese curds in our poutines were still partially frozen. Again, we had paid already, (we would have just gotten fries if we’d known before) so we took our food and left. I placed it in my lap, unfortunately not double checking the bag before driving off. When we got home, I realized that the bag had torn open on the side, literally soaked by leaking gravy from the poutine. (Photos below) The gravy had spilled all down front of me, on our other food, and the poutine itself had been placed sideways in the bag, on top of my snack wrap?? Idk, I genuinely wonder if these employees have had training, or if they’re just simply morons. Please do something to improve, or just close.
