I mean it’s Pizza Hut. It’s reasonably good food for a reasonably good price. This location meets all your expectations for a Pizza Hut. Staff are always lovely and orders are always accurate.

Please DO NOT order from this place. I picked up 2 large Pizzas and wings on the night of May 3, 2025. The pizza was uncooked at the base and you could literally see the dough! Raw dough! I called multiple times but they were closed. No one picked up, called the next day to complain and the lady asked “ why did t you bring it back?” I said I called but no one picked up, I thought the store was closed. Then says “ what do you want me to do about it?” I was not expecting someone to respond in such a rude way! Then says “ I will let them know” sorry about that. I said “ that is better than your last reply. She said okay, thanks bye. Decision is yours.

I ordered mac and cheese and it didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, I called to ask them to remake it and was told sorry it will be better next time.... I said excuse me there's nothing your going to do? they said nope and if I'd like a refund I'd have to bring it back to the store. I walked my order back and they fought with me saying I could only refund the mac and cheese, as the pizza was fine, when they finally refunded me I said I will not be coming back, the blonde lady at the cash said that's ok we have other customers that like us... I would never come back

The people who work here are extremly rude I will not be coming back they ruined my order and would not remake it? The owner has replied to several 1 star reviews claiming to adress the issues that are still happening, it's clear that the owner has not made any attempt to solve the issues that are persistent

I just ordered a pizza mac n cheese and breadsticks got it home the pizza is burnt the bread sticks are burnt and the Mac n cheese is half empty. call and asked for them to replace the Mac n cheese at least. And they said they don't do that. absolutely pathetic and disgusting behavior especially when we are repeat customers. I do not recommend this pizza hut. they are rude, careless and unprofessional. you would be better off getting a frozen pizza and frozen pasta. I am astonished at the response and behavior from the staff. 0 out of 5 stars. Will not be going back. you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

The guy at the counter made ordering so convoluted that we walked out. Tried to place a multiple pizza order for pickup in person, with an advertised deal, and the guy kept trying to tell us splitting the order to part of it in person and the other part ordered online (Campbellford is horrible for phone signal, so nope) would some how make it cheaper. Last time we will go in there until we can see some local faces who can communicate and not screw us around and frustrate us to the point of walking out.

There’s one guy who works there who’s so rude. I ordered honey garlic boneless bites and he gave me salt and pepper. When I asked him if it could be fixed he threw a sad amount of honey garlic sauce on top of the salt and pepper boneless bites. On top of that the pizza was thinner than usual and looked crusty, I wouldn’t eat it but was told it tasted fine. I’ve come to this Pizza Hut 3 times now and I’ve regretted it 2 of those times all when the same guy was working.
After reading the low reviews the pattern of burnt, undercooked, improper food storage(food poisoning) & the inability to take on the "busy" times makes me rethink my first visit to the store. Also by the posted pictures the amount of grease stains on the box from the pizza is overwhelming. My question is; me working for an hour(min wage) worth the purchase?

Worst place ever, put us on hold then deliberately hung up on us after 5 minutes when we called back they told us they were too busy and only treated in store customers well. They don’t have time for people calling to place order. Can’t say we got anything they would not serve us.

I wasn't a big fan of pizza hut years ago but decided to give it a shot, I really enjoy there new homestyle crust!I'd reccomend there canadian style and BBQ chicken pizzaI did have a bit of an issue getting overcharged but they offered me a full refund for the mixup and I let them know that was more than ok and decided to tip them the ammount they refunded.
