Four of us decided to try tap and tonic for dinner tonight...we ordered drinks, very poor selection available.. we ordered starters, and our meals...the food took over 30 mins to arrive, despite being the only customers.. starters never appeared untill our dinner came.. three of our meals came, then we waited another 15 mins for the fourth meal. The waitress finally came, with a sandwich, while he had ordered chicken parm dinner.. the waitress said she would take it off the bill, and bring the chicken parm. Seeing as the rest of us were done eating, he said no dont bother.. one of us ordered chicken fingers dinner, which consisted of 3 small dry chicken fingers, more like a childs meal. We got our bills, and the chicken parm that never arrived was still on the bill. The waitress seemed annoyed that she had to go back and fix it. Poor atmosphere, poor service, horrible food. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very disappointed.

Amazing drinks what stands out? The most here was their chicken sandwich that was the best chicken I’ve ever had and highly recommend it. I usually only go in the summertime when I Can bike there or my boat is close Summer is coming. I just wanted everyone to know that I highly recommended the chicken sandwich. Also the owner was super nice and friendly and their staff.

A Saturday family dinner out locally and we left disappointed. Started with drinks, only Sapporo and Pabst on tap (tap and tonic?). Out of pino Grigio, so tried a Caesar. It was the worst caesar I’ve ever had. Unless you’re into a heaping tablespoon of chunky horseradish, I would avoid. It wasn’t even drinkable and it was the most expensive drink on the menu at 10.99.
Dinner consisted of butter chicken, my husband enjoyed but the bowl was very small. Son enjoyed wings and fries. I ordered fingers and fries and was served 2.5 fingers with a handful of fries, child menu size. It wasn’t served with any sort of dip.
We won’t visit again.

The food was bad, I've never had a worse experience eating out. My pasta and chicken were warm not hot, my partners meal which was a sandwich took longer than my food to come out so we couldn't even enjoy a meal together. The chicken was hard and mostly breading the pasta was not good. The garlic cheese bread wasn't good no garlic to the taste and the cheese was hard, indicating that it was old left out cheese. The only thing that was good were the fries.

Great food, quality, friendly service, nice place to stop. It's a little crowded, it would be better if they got rid of the pool table for a few arcade games to open it up. Everyone seemed to be on top of each other but I would definitely go again and check out the live music.

Great food! Great drinks!
Driving home, we decided to head up to Campbellford to check out the fall colours and grab something to eat. We lunched at a pub called Tap and Tonic. It was very quiet (one other patron). Very clean, and the woman who served us was very welcoming and took good care of us. I ordered the double smash burger, which was good;however, I would ease up on the mushrooms just a bit. Only because I was eager to enjoy the scallions! The burger was cooked perfectly. My partner had the Tap and Tonic burger, and he said it was great. The fries were excellent. Ice tea only today.

The staff are super kind and have great service, the atmosphere is cozy. The karaoke is very entertaining.
The food is honestly awful. It tastes very cheap and there was quite a wait for it. As someone who doesnt drink, I would not come back.

We had the Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. We tried it at shoeless joes there was no comparison. Tap had twice the meat. Better meat. Better sauce. Better bun. Better service

Nothing nice to say. I got food poisoning and had to even send back a family members meal that was not even edible.
The waitress gave us a hard time about removing it from the bill .

The food was very good as was the service. If you are looking for a very good restaurant at a reasonable price, don't hesitate, it's perfect. On the other hand, if you go there as a family, expect a bar atmosphere and very loud music. The dishes don't seem popular and it seems like a place for regulars.
